Way too much for a hot tube
My water suddenly got cloudy and my brother suggested this as a remedy. 1 gallon. Application is a couple ounces per 10,000 gallons. Designed for a swimming pool, not a hot tub with only a couple hundred gallons of water. Turns out, after testing, I did not have a phosphate issue. Now, I have a gallon of expensive chemical that I may never use. Buy the test kit BEFORE buying this.

Sea Klear Free & Kleear does a good job of removing phosphates, keeping the water clear and preventing stains. The gallon size bottle is an excellent value. My package arrived on time in excellent condition.

Did not help our situation...
I purchased this because the phosphate level in our pool was out of sight and I thought I'd save us a visit to the local pool store which always seems to cost at least $100. Didn't realize this is a maintenance dose--will not remove high levels.
