My husbands grandmother passed away. And my almost 5 yo daughter was having a hard time with this passing because she was old enough to get what was going on but not really understand it. She was also very close to her Nonie and was even named after her. She struggled a lot. We got her this bear (now called Nonie bear) so she can huge it when she misses her. It took us a long time to find one with the chefs outfit but I’m so glad we found this. Nonie would always cook and helped myself and Evelyn learn some great dishes her family brought over from Italy. It’s how my daughter remembers her and it has been a blessing to help ease her through this difficult time. It’s great quality as well really nice for her to squeeze and love on.
