Perfect shape for sandwich bread. Sturdy and nonstick (but don’t forget to grease it) It also has some holes in the bottom which assist in baking as well as bread removal. Easy to clean (I hand wash with a long-handle soft brush)

The product was delivered in time. The packaging was nice. There was no damage to the baking tin. The color was very attractive (Champagne). The build quality appears solid and durable. It is made of thick sheet of metal that would ensure even heat distribution. The lid fits perfectly. The shape is very uniform. I already baked several batches of sandwich bread. Every time it turned out amazing with good surface browning and corrugated marks giving a nice look. The non-stick property of the tin was very saisfactory. It was a good value for money purchase. I would recommend this time to all home bread-bakers.

Just made brioche in this pain de mie--it turned out perfectly! It has three tiny holes on the bottom (for airflow, I guess) that are the perfect size to insert an instant-read thermometer to check for doneness--a feature not noted in the description. The loaf took a bit longer than the recipe indicated, so this definitely ensured my loaf was perfectly cooked and golden brown. I'm making French toast for brunch, thanks to this wonderful bread pan.

I am a very skeptical buyer of products on Amazon, particularly with unknown brands, but when I got this Pullman bread pan, I was delighted. Heavy gauge steel construction, superb quality and finish and when using for baking bread, no need to oil or grease the inside or lid. It's all non-stick. All-in-all, this was a great buy and while being top quality, it crucially cooks on all surfaces evenly. The Pain de Mie that slides out of the pan is perfectly baked and delicious. I highly recommend this manufacturer and product.
