Love this tool! I mainly use it in hard to reach areas like water pump bolts and timing belt covers.

I can't say enough about this ratchet. It's not the strongest ever, but you can get enough leverage to get most any bolt/nut loose easily.I used the extended ingersoll forever and put this one off for a while now. The first time I was able to wedge this between the frame and block to remove the ground and harness hold down bolts it paid for itself. I didn't have to loosen the mount and raise the engine to get my hand in there.Absolutely worth every penny.

Yeah this tool works really well for hard to reach areas like hose clamps but it has very little to no to work less than 35 so keep that in mind it moves very slow and uses a lot of air so everything you use it on you'll have to break it free first or use the tool to break it free if I could fit my I know what you're going to say but my Craftsman battery powered ratchet in there I would that thing goes like gangbusters.

I purchased the Aircat 22-inch 3/8 pneumatic rachet as well as the Aircat 15-inch 1/4 pneumatic about 6 months ago mostly because the reviews I read from other mechanics on how great the company was. I am a hobbyist that have been working on cars for about 35 years and have plenty of other air tools, but I could see the value in having a long-extended ratchets, so I purchased both sizes. I have only used the 22 inch 3 times and on the 3rd use which was on front brakes. This tool looks beefy but was very disappointed it could not even break loose caliper bolts. I used the breaker bar, and this tool did not even have enough strength to turn the bolts. I sent an email as directed on their web site and over a week now no reply. Amazon reached out to ask how they handled the situation, and I am still waiting for a reply from Aircat. I hope someone gets this taken care of soon cause for now it is a 175.00 paper weight.

This is perfect for tight spots, i.e. bolts on a fan clutch. Only used a couple of times so far, but very impressed.

Great for those hard to reach places but isn’t powerful. I’d still recommend it though.
