5 for mindset
Tony teaches some of the basic principles of investing (and life success) for living a lifestyle by design. He gives some great tips for online sites or apps to use to systematize one's business, as well as a long list of business, investing, and personal growth books which have helped him get where he is today. If you have been curious about mobile home parks but never thought you could do it where you live nor rely on management, Tony may help you look at things from a different perspective and say, "I can do THAT." I heard him speak on a recent recording and I was inspired by his use of systems for managing out-of-state parks (with a full-time job) and by his enthusiasm.

An inspirational how-to for MHP investing
This book employs a quite readable dialogue format where one experienced friend coaches another friend from the beginning stage to ultimate success in the ways of Mobile Home Park finance, due diligence, purchase, management, and automation. This is truly a worthwhile read for anyone interested in this endeavor.

Investing in Mobile Home Parks
I received this free eBook through Amazon in exchange for a fair review. If you are interested in real-estate investing, this is a good motivational book to read and an informative one about investing in mobile home parks. Since it seems the writer is good at what he does and has a passion for it, the benefits of real-estate investing are embellished while the downside of it is neglected. At the beginning some of the investment advice doesn’t make sense financially such as selling one’s home to buy investment properties that will generate enough money to pay your rent or trying to time the market to make money, while some other investment advice makes sense but is not easily doable like buying ten $150,000 homes for $50,000 each and selling them full price, targeting a return of 12% annually from each single family rental property (In today’s market, a realistic return after expenses is about 3-5%) and finding landlord friendly states. (The author doesn’t mention how you can do the last two but if you send an email to him asking for it, he promises to send you the info., making me think he is trying to put together a marketing list possibly for the booth camps he teaches or for finding birddogs who will bring him deals from all over the country.)The book has a lot of information about how to buy and manage mobile home parks and has very valid and important investment advice such as surrounding yourself with mentors and like-minded people, educating yourself about what you want to invest in before doing anything, doing your due diligence, being aware of your risk tolerance, paying attention to numbers because they don’t lie, and etc. However, make no mistake managing real-estate is not a leisurely job even with hiring a full-time management company, since it involves dealing with people and it is so detailed. No matter what you intend to invest in I highly recommend reading a classic by a Wall Street legend, Beating the Street by Peter Lynch, to learn about the fundamentals of investing since the rules are applicable to any kind of investing. Three and a half stars.

Bite sized and informative
Excellent information throughout. It won't give you the details on anything super intricate, however it does give a fantastic overview of the industry and a place to start. I have no regrets about reading this book whatsoever and I'm looking forward to furthering my education in this fascinating industry.

Inspirational
I enjoyed the writing style.. conversational as if I am in the room. I did, however, think I was buying a book on buying actual mobile homes v. MHP's, but that's okay. It helped me see the bigger picture. I'm glad I bought and read this book.
