Great product... Great price... some negs but overall pros outweigh by plenty.
We have used Moffat ovens in our catering business for 20 years. When I went looking for a replacement Moffat had changed their product line quite a bit. We loved the older units with the all mechanical controls but if I remember right they were very expensive 20 years ago. This unit has fewer features, no steam and no timed baking, it has only on (to temperature) and with a mechanical timer that will buzz but only a one hour timer. Nice. It is really all you need if you are baking or doing almost any cooking. AND the quality of the unit is fantastic. And the price from this vendor is really good. Just to note that we realize anything over 120 pounds in weight has to go auto freight. In this we had some minor problems but finally received the item in good shape about 3 days later than expected. The oven was advertised as 208/240 V but came 208V only. To fix this we had to use a buck transformer to reduce our voltage from 240V down to 208V. This was our fault... we should have asked seller when talking on phone. Overall happy with the seller. Especially because the price is great. And free shipping. You could not get this any where else at this price. If you decide to order one be sure to contact the seller and verify what voltage you need since each unit made by Moffat appears to be made for a very specific voltage.

Don't do it!
I recently had the displeasure of using these ovens. I can't begin to tell you how bad they are. After a 2 hour preheat set at 500 degrees, they barely got above 300. A tray of brownies at 325 took 90 minutes instead of 50. I checked the oven temp, off 100 degrees. The ovens are 110v! 1400 watts. My toaster oven has a larger heating element! I really feel sorry for the church that this. They really got taken for a ride.
