Is the built in lock TSA compatible?

This case does not have a built-in lock. You are able to add your own lock through the loops.

The 11.7" depth isn't consistent from end to end due to indentions necessary to accommodate handle and wheels.

I don’t see how the 1615 fit, it’s about an inch too big all around, I bought one and returned it based on this response.

What is the maximum weight this can this hold?

I put over 100lbs into the case and it handled it fine.
