Low quality and doesn't heat up at all
Today was my first day of attempting to use this and it doesn't heat up at all. Very disappointed.

Not as straight as a flat iron but easy and fast
I don’t think it gets hot enough but it’s easy to use and works great for something fast. It’s also a lot easier for the kids to use than a regular flat iron.

This product is great for what you pay for it! It works well on my daughter's thick hair!

Amazing and easy to use
It is really amazing. I have very thick, short hair and it works great. Leaves my hair super straight and smooth. Love it!

Poor quality
Product stopped heating up after 3 months,and I only used it twice. The lights come on but there is no temperature. Plus it pulls kinky hair and makes it break off.
