Honestly I was expecting more from this product after reading the reviews. Not rock hard abs but better quality and functionality.The strength of the pulses the higher you turn it up is not disappointing however the adhesion is. I had to wear mine under a waist trainer so that it doesn’t fall off. The quality of the product simply does not match the price.
