No handle
Shows that it has a curved metal loop for a handle. My does not have a handle. Having to lift using thermometer.

The product arrived promptly and in good condition. It was easy to attach the handle. We will use it camping, I have not tried it yet so cannot speak to how it works or ease of cleaning. It is fairly lightweight, so it is easy to pack.

This thing Is just that little "extra" for the perfect Smothered Sandwich
I love how this will melt cheese on top of a burger hash browns or sandwich without overcooking the bottom of the food. I was using a pot lid all my life but cheese would stick as it was too shallow this has immediately become an indispensable gadget always within an arms reach of the grill, I just love this purchase.

No handle and dented.
I’m having to exchange it because there’s no handle and the top has a dent in it. Looks like it was a return.

Not shipped well
I bought this for my husband to use on his Blackstone grill. He loved the fact that it had a temp cage. The issue was they didn't pack well & it arrived with 2 large dents. Therfore, it's being returned for an exchange. The other issue is, the return process isn't as simple as giving the customer a QR code. It requires a label to be printed. That's a big hassle for someone who doesn't have a printer.
