After reading The Secret Teachings of Mary Magdalene, it has become more clear to me exactly how she was extremely close to Jesus. Unlike the other apostles, whom were men, Mary gives a womans perspective of the tragedy of the denial of our Messiah under the rule of the Romans, His life with her and how she had to run for her life after the crucifiction. This book is a good addition, divinely inspired by God, just like all of the other Gospels and sheds much light on the reasons why it is plausable for Mary to definitely in my mind have been the true, wife of Christ. The Vaticans standpoint on this topic is," What difference would it make if they were married?" The excitement of the authors and the logic used to bridge gaps utilizing ancient methods will not dissapoint the reader. To begin with, the very first miracle Jesus performed was turning water into wine at the wedding at Cannon. I am purposing this could have been their wedding, which is not in the book. I am adding that fact, from other scriptures in order to proove, this is not only plausable but real! You will not be reading a spy chaser like the Da Vinci code, however, this scripture should have been included in our bible in my opine. It has added an account of Marys true spiritual being, and teachings that in my mind, have married with the biblical published scriptures already common to man. It is light enjoyable reading, yet you like me may ponder upon the history and start your own journey in research over all of the unkown wealth of information, both scripture and historywill proove this book, a welcome addition to your library! This inspired read creates clarity regarding the greatest spiritual story ever told. This offers a Cora path forward, filled with Hope and faith during this dark period in human history. It is a blessing

Any thinking person knows that what is taught as "religion" is hypocritical nonsense designed to keep the boys in charge. I'm thrilled to see another mainstream work that challeges that idea. I also appreciate the extent of the historical background given for this information, alot of research has been done. Thank you!

This book is not about the secret teachings of Mary Magdalene. Neither is it about the lost verses of the Gospel of Mary. This book is about the self serving imaginations of the author. It is the conjurations of an author wishing to sell concepts completely foreign to Christianity and everything Mary Magdalene wrote in her Gospel of Mary Magdalene. The author claims that everything in this book came to the author in a vision given to her by Mary Magdalene. The lost verses are not based on a newly found manuscript. The new secret teaching are not substantiated beyond this supposed vision of the author. While the coptic manuscripts of the Gospel of Mary Magdalene that have been found are incomplete with many missing pages, the concepts and ideas expressed in the found pages are not even close to what this author is claiming to have discerned from her visions. It is to bad that we don't have more of Mary Magdalene's gospel because what little we do have is incredibly fascinating by its demonstration of the reality that she had been able to grasp deep, thought provoking insites into the ideas that Jesus was trying to get across to all of us. This book doesn't just fall short, it falls flat. If the author had used a different title for her book, like: "My Visions of Mary's Secret Teachings", then it might be somewhat credible. Just beware, the contents come no where close to the title of this book, making this book a non-starter for me.

It goes along with the gospels in the bible, but adds to it. It seems to be true, and ommitted by Constantine, who a pagan, chose the books of the new Testament. It is written in the style of the 1st century....not the 3rd century when chosen for the Bible.

If you have read the Gnostic Bible teachings that were excluded from the real bible, the Gospel of Mary Magdalene is in there. It does not have much because it has been eaten away by time. We will never know all that she knew. This book does not have much more. Sorry I was hoping this would have more, but the information is not much different than what you can get from the other alternative gospels.

I bought 2 more copies because of friends who started reading it at our place and wanted it.... This is a book, easy to read and yet intriguing on the different possibilities of women in religion, specially Jesus' wife. Worth reading....

A must read for anyone who is being called to open to their role in rebirthing the Divine Feminine here on planet Earth. Heart-centred teachings with accompanying commentaries. Insightful and insight provoking.

Read this book and think again re the Christian teachings. The bible was edited 2 centuries after Jesus and it was done by patriarchs with no female input. A lot of lost gospels never made it into the book. Eye opening and should be well read by scholars for a balanced approach to the Christian faith!

was interesting read. some new info but same stuff is out there . if you have an interest in her-and her family theres plenty of free stuff.. remember one thing the bloodline is the women not the men. tye Egyptian princess buried in Ireland is a good start for real grail finders. but what will you do once you find this holy grail ?? that's the big question to ask yourself
