UPDATE: customer service was great. They refunded my money and I can keep the 3 not broken.You'd think when you're ordering glass, it would be packaged correctly. I could hear rattling when I picked the box up, so had to take a picture when I opened it. This is how they came. Inside a bigger box, which did not have a glass label on the outside. Out of 12, only 3 were okay. One has a small chip on the bottom, but can still be used.

Surprisingly none were broken. The box was labeled to let couriers know that it was glass, however the box was stuffed inside another box that wasn't labeled fragile or glass.

Was using for a wedding this past Sunday. Going to glue under centerpieces to make taller, 5 of the twelve were broken. Hard to rate an item fairly when it arrives broken.

When I opened the box I found one candle stick holder broken. They all needed washed too because they were very dusty.I’m using these to make centerpieces for my wedding

Glad I ordered a dozen because 3 came broken!

GLASS BROKEN!!!!!!!!!!!

6 out of 12 candle holders were shattered in the bottom of the box.
