23 Bees Metal Candle Wick Sustainer Tabs, Candle Making, DIY (200pcs Tabs)

For some reason I thought it would have been a weaker wick than what it is but it’s actually pretty thick and well made !! I’m going to love making candles with thisEDIT: I’ve had this wick for a month now, the quality is amazing but if your using this for BEESWAX candle making this wick isn’t ideal.. in my candle making journey I’ve come to find that beeswax burns at a slower rate than other waxes therefore needing a thicker size and thicker wick than most waxes. I’m sure if your using this for soy it’ll work perfectly but for beeswax candles specifically make sure you purchase a wick that’s made for beeswax burning. There are tons of websites that sell beeswax wick for ex: Betterbee.com etc. I will keep my 5 star review because I still feel that this product is absolutely amazing just not for beeswax candles.

Just made my first set of candles and am loving the product so far! You can adjust the size of your wick depending on the height of your candle which cuts down on the waste you get from pre cut wicks. It came with a generous 200 tabs. The only thing is in the instructions it suggests to twist two strands together for a thicker wick and that won't fit into the supplied tabs, but this is a minor issue and I can easily purchase more tabs for when I want a thicker wick.In my soy candles I have about a 2 inch burn pool and am very happy with the results. Now I can market my product as 100% natural, plus get to support a small US business with a great product

O.K. now that I have had a chance to use these a while.Would I purchase again?Not sure yet.They burn so good that they do not burn down and then start smoking and so I can not leave a candle burning.I must blow out the candle,let harden and then cut the wicks back real and I mean real short ,1/8 to 1/4 and no more.Better than having them ball up and fall of into the wax though.Going to try other wick on the hunt for the perfect wick.

These are fantastic! I wanted to start making my own organic and pure beeswax candles, so I ordered these wicks. They’re awesome! They burn really well, don’t have a strong odor, and last a long time.The only reason I took 1 start off was because it arrived with the bag ripped open with everything was spilled inside of the box.

Horrible !!.The wicks ...blew up and smelledLarge flame and the wick made a mushroom which was black and smoking.. IT set off my mom's fire alarm in her apartment...I would like to get a refund on this product since I cannot use it.... ty

I just started making candles, and after spending way too much time troubleshooting problems I've had using other wicks, I stumbled on these. These are *amazing*, and I won't be using any other kind of wick going forward. A single wick works well for most soy candles, but if you're wanting a bigger pool, you can easily double up on the wicks by twisting them together, and then you've got an uber-wick. Assembling the wicks is no trouble at all, and I really like that I can choose my own length instead of cutting half or more off a pre-assembled wick.

I am extremely sensitive to fragrance and chemicals, so candles are something I have avoided for years. I decided to try to make my own and decided on this wick because not only was the hemp organic, the beeswax coating was also. I made my candle with organic beeswax, organic coconut oil, and organic lavender essential oil. It burns so clean and beautiful, even after blowing it out, there wasn't a smoky residue.

I like it BUT I have to use double what I would usually use to make it thick enough for an average candle. It’s a little extra work, but it burns so much better/hotter.
