Stop n Pop Microwave Butter Popcorn

With popcorn obsessed kids these are great value for money. They cook in the microwave well and the bag is always full with no random burnt bits. Tastes great too!

Delivered with the sides smashed in like a deflated football, but all bags were still sealed in plastic packaging.Flavour is outstanding, better butter flavour than Butterkist’s. Not overly salty, but so so tasty.For a 750W microwave, 2 minutes 20 seconds gives a perfect bag.

This is the best value microwave popcorn I have found. There are not too many kernels left once ready and the flavour is nice. Good accompaniment for movie night. I prefer the sweet but butter makes a savoury change. A little salty but not overwhelming.

Popcorn did not have a buttery taste when done even though smelling delicious whilst cooking. Guess the value for money is good otherwise since there is quite a few bags of popcorn but don't expect a buttery taste

So looking forward to this popcorn on movie night with my daughter. The boxes arrived in a brown envelope, all squashed and almost flat. The individual packs were still sealed so I made one that evening. I was surprised at how big the bag got and how much it held, it also popped very cleanly with nothing stuck, nothing burned and very few unpopped kernels. Happy with this we sat down to watch our film with our big bowl of lovely looking popcorn. How disappointing when we tasted it, nothing buttery about it, pure SALT. The odd popcorn was a yellowish colour but even these were far too salty and not at all buttery. Why would you have salt on butter popcorn? If we liked salted popcorn we would have ordered that instead of butter popcorn. I will be trying a different make next time, really not impressed with this at all. After covid19 restrictions are lifted I will give this lot away to family who like salted popcorn because we don’t.
