Why did you pick this product vs others?: I have use this for years because it stays in place without smudging. The color is also just right, not black-looking and not too light. Waterproof: It is truly waterproof. I use it to tightline and sometimes a little comes off in the inner corners, but overall it stays in place. I like that it does not transfer to my lower lash area like some others. Quality: This is consistently good quality and fresh. Functionality: It does what I need it to do, lasts and is easy to apply. It does not tug and is not too dry.

Saw a YT influencer showing it, decided to try it and was not disappointed at all. It became my favorite eyeliner: it is smudge resistant, durable, glides well and has good color.

Applies very smooth and evenly. When waterlining or tightlining upper lid, it immediately transfers to lower. Lasts all day, but melts under the eye after a couple hours (I don’t apply under the eye).

Bought this because I saw a review about different eyeliners on utube. This came out the best so I thought I would chance it, I already have three or four that don’t last very long. However this one stays put all day! In fact I went to bed with it on and in the morning it looked just as good!! I would highly recommend it ,my only concern is , because it’s so good, is it packed with chemicals that can hurt your eyes?🤔

I’ve been looking for an eyeliner pencil for tightlining at the lash line (not the waterline), with no wing. I bought this because of great reviews on YouTube. It transferred/smudged a lot, I don’t recommend this. I also tried the L.A. Girl Ultimate Intense Stay pencil liner (also has great reviews) and it also transferred/smudged—a little less, but still unacceptable. I will go back to the Covergirl Perfect Point Plus liquid eyeliner. It lasts all day, doesn’t transfer/smudge, and flakes only a little when applied to the lash line (flakes more when applied on the waterline). Although I’d rather no flaking, I prefer it over smudging. It’s fairly water resistant (not waterproof), washes off easily with soap and water, has a really nice fine slightly flexible applicator tip, and there’s a lot of product for your money. I have black hair, and the espresso colour looks very natural. I’ve also tried the Revlon Colorstay liquid liner which is virtually the same as the Covergirl. The brown/black colour is slightly darker than Covergirl’s espresso colour, and the applicator tip is less fine, resulting in a slightly less natural look. I also tried the Clinique Quickliner pencil and it smudged very slightly (negligible). It lasted all day and washed off easily with soap and water. I just don’t like the price of it.
