I feel the energy in my head upon taking my first sips. This means it's efficacious to me.

I make a smoothie with greens, banana and yogurt everyday. Gives me what I’m missing in regular eating habits.

Unfortunately not one of the best for taste and does not pass the smooth texture test. I have taken to mixing it with juice and leaving it covered in the refrigerator for a while so that it dissolves. This is a new product for me as my favorite company no longer makes the greens, Boo Hoo! This one is good. My favorite from Nu therapy was awesome.

It’s great first thing in the morning to keep regular and feel energized.

I liked the ingredients but could not get past the taste. Tried it in water then in juice to cover up the flavor. Nothing helped. Will be giving it away or trashing it.

I'm getting vitamins and antioxidants that I'm missing in my regular diet. It blends well in my daily smoothie.
