Great customer service.
Review update: they saw my original review and immediately contacted me. They apologized and gave me a full refund. They have great customers service and I may have just received a defective batch. The biscotti tasted (bitter) and had a chalky texture. The chocolate oreos had such a thin chocolate coating.Update: they sent a replacement also. They were not bitter but I still didn’t like the texture. Really appreciate how hard they tried.
