Item with dead battery sent
Excited to receive the Assamese unit to give as a gift to relative. It does not work as the battery seemed dead. Returned the item for replacement. Surprised to see the same unit sent to me again. The unit is more than 3 years old and even the box shows multiple handling and masking of labels. I use caravan of telugu language for the past 2 years and happy. But this time bad experience with an assamese unit. Again Returned and asked for refund.

A lovely collection of Assamese songs
My mother always wanted this model. Gifted them on their 39th anniversary. It is a lovely collectible with 350 evergreen Assamese songs. The sound quality is great and the finish of the Carvaan is smooth and sturdy. Highly recommend this to anyone who wants to gift their loved ones on their special occasions, or just for their own personal use.

Definitely a good buy
Very portable device. The collection of songs is really good. Had bought it as a gift for my in-laws and my parents and I must say that its really a good buy. They all loved it. Since, the Carvaan is filled with old legends songs, it gives you a feeling of nostalgia. Apart from the preloaded songs you also can listen to the radio or utilize bluetooth connectivity feature and listen to your choice of song.

Very bad experience
I had ordered this item for a gift. It didn't work. I had charged it as well. However it didn't work. I placed a replacement order. Even that unit was faulty. Saregama should manufacture new units for Assamese music lover.

Amazing produce
The media could not be loaded. Loved the product bought for my mom . Amazing song collection..

It has started malfunctioning within two months of usage.
The radio is not working well when playing the preloaded songs. The sound gets disrupted like when a phone call drops due to bad signal. Very disappointed.
