Sweejar Ceramics Souffle Dishes, Ramekins, 8 oz for Baking,Pudding,Creme Brulee,Souffle - Set of 6 (Similarcolour)

I previously ordered a set of soufflé ramekins that were 5 oz in size. I chose them because they were wider and appeared to have more surface area than an ordinary ramekin. A wider surface is desirable for me as I like more topping surface for creme brûlée, au gratin, etc. Well, they were so shallow that I might as well have bought 6 ashtrays. Especially if making a creme brûlée, it would have been impossible to keep the water out of them. So I saw that these have a wide surface AND hold 10 oz. I gave them a try. They arrived quickly, carefully packaged, and are just beautiful. These accommodate a generous size creme brûlée or individual casserole, beautifully. They are thick, very deep, sturdy, with a gorgeous black ceramic finish. I am thrilled with this purchase. Pairs well with my black and white polka dot dishes. I have since baked with them and they couldn't have performed better. My first attempt at creme brûlée was a major success. Couldn't be happier. Thank you!

I love these ramekins! Perfect size, perfect colors!

This is a handy and easy to use with this pac. You can serve or store or cool small amounts. Just slip with sandwich bag sideways to store or carry in lunch bag! Each comes in a pleasant color, is sturdy, and easy to clean ! It s perfect at 8+dinner parties to share condiments or bits of butter or sauces ! Also used to get 1or2 eggs to room temp for cooking or baking ! Enjoy !

These are smaller then I though. Great for Creme Brule but for fish a la king with potato puree it is too small. Considering to return for just that.

These work great for making different dishes or for assisting with cooking. Making small souffles or deserts in them. Also handy if you need to melt some butter in them for a recipe. You can also use them to serve small sides at your table too instead of crowding everything on a single plate.

I like the shape of these ramekin better than the round ones also convenient handles and very nice color. This company has excellent after sale service. They sent me a whole new set after I received one ramekin damaged in shipment. This damage was not their fault so I was pleasantly surprised by their replacement. Would buy again from them. Highly recommended.

Love these! Currently cook meals from hello fresh and there is always a sauce or small something needing to be mixed and I didn’t want to use a large bowl. I also wanted something bright and colorful. These fit the bill. They are also great size for small snacks. Very nice set, beautiful colors, definitely seems like great quality.

I bought these so that I could make individual pot pies instead of one big dish. These worked out perfectly! Great portions and they clean up nicely in the dishwasher. I have also used them for individual pies. I love the colors and they are nice and durable. My oldest liked them so much he's buying a set for his house.

Exactly what I expected, took a lot longer than I thought it would roughly 2-1/2 months.

Bought a set of 6 and when I opened it, 2 of them were already broken. Really upset as this was a supposed to be a gift.
