In the interest of full disclosure, I have been offered an Amazon $3 gift card to add my honest review of this product.Regardless, I am very pleased with this product. I purchased it because there some children and elderly in my household that need to be able to lower the shower handle for operation. My previous unit did not have this option. That works beautifully.The LED temperature indicator works great. There are no batteries so it must work on some sort of water generated power inside the unit. If this ever fails, I will revise this review, but so far, so good.The installation was very simple. There is a suction cup that holds the unit steady against the wall. In my case, it would have been right in between tiles, so fortunately, the unit comes with a plastic disc and self-adhesive to mount in the proper spot. A word of caution is to really take your time a line this up to the proper placement as you only get one shot at using the adhesive. It's very strong!So far, I'm very pleased!Feb 2021* An additional star goes to reseller for customer service. A bit over a year now and the temperature sensor is starting to read 20 degrees lower than when the unit was new. As a courtesy I wrote the reseller to mention it. The unit was just past the warranty period but they responded by shipping me a replacement part for free. All fixed! A+ to the reseller!

Really liked it only problem temperature reader is already broken☹️ No longer lites up or registers degree. Well today 10/01/20 water started pouring out the plastic temp piece—for the $$ It was not worth it. Very disappointed!!! And as of today 10/25/20 I have heard NOTHING!!!!

this thing was ok for a few months, then the temp reading went way off. 140 degrees, when it as clearly hardly 90. then the thing started making crazy noises.. now pretty much worthless, water pressure is also complete garbage now. for $90, you would be better off buying something else.. dont buy this product unless you want to waste your money!!! when every other shower head lasts for 20+ years. this one made it less than 1 year.Update: after just leaving it for a few weeks, it started working again, then the temp housing POPPED open while i was in the shower, hitting me in the back of the head. seeing as how it was completely destroyed at this point, i decided to do some investigation to figure out why this thing failed.apparently the sealing glue used to cover the electronics of this thing gets very weak and brittle when exposed to HEAT.. i mean, what the hell are the engineers thinking using a HEAT SENSITIVE sealant!! it gets HOT FROM HOT WATER FOR CHRIST SAKES. so if you like HOT showers, your likely going to destroy this thing. as the sealant is exposed to heat, it breaks down, cracks, then allows water behind it, which in turn puts more force between the cracks, then the next time your in the shower with hot water, it forces the cracks further and further until you get cracked in the back of the head from it shooting out upon complete failure.proof of this is if you use a heat gun on the sealant of the electronics for a few seconds to about 100-120 degrees F, then you can feel the sealant, its SOFT. not as soft as hot glue, but very soft. so totally CRAPPY MADE. dont waste your money

I purchase this product in July, after I install started leaking from the back of the temperature display. I contacted Amazon and they send me a replacement. I install the replacement without any issues the suction worked great it probably came of twice since and the display worked as it should. In November 24th 2020 I noticed the temperature display was full of water and two days later the display stopped working and started a slow water drip from the temperature display front plate. I was hoping this product would of last a little longer.

The adjustable shower set arrived as promised and it was pretty simple to install. Although I must agree with some of the other comments made on this product that the joints does not have a feel of durability, I was able to install my unit without any breakage. This shower system is much more than I had expected and every family member have made positive comment after I installed it. My daughter with two toddlers loves that she can adjust the temperature by looking at the LED display so the water temperature is just right. I would highly recommend this shower head.

We were somewhat hesitate on ordering this, but so glad we did. Installation was easy, suction OK. But the experience you get seeing just how hot your water is & it's consistent. The temperature is shown in a low blue light which makes a happy shower experience.We personally enjoy the handheld feature which slides up & down on the pole but the two heads together work very well.

Just doesn’t stick.I used double stick tape.🧐🤔

I had high hopes but the product is made of plastic. As I was making final adjustments to set the shower head it broke off at the height extension. Water shot to the ceiling. Shower head fell and also broke, then as I was removing the components from the original shower connection the darn thing split in 2 sections. The only part that survived was the handheld shower part. Nothing else was salvageable. Yep even the suction adapter broke, I’m sure I’ll find the piece that went flying, when I install a replacement. I normally only purchase real chrome and brass, but I figured I’d take a chance. Big mistake. I’ll just save my pennies and purchase something with better quality.
