Why did you pick this product vs others?: I installed this underglow kit on my 2014 Fj Cruiser and have been really impressed. I previously tried a few cheaper kits, including one from Brand X that lost adhesion within a week and another with dim lighting. This one is much better — it splits into two 20-inch strips, which gives great coverage on both sides of my truck without needing extensions. Installation was pretty straightforward. I cleaned the mounting surface thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol and let it dry completely before applying the adhesive strips. The flexibility of the strips made it easy to fit around the contours under my truck. The wiring harness was intuitive and fit well with my existing setup. After about two months of driving through rain and dust, the strips are still firmly attached and the light output hasn’t dimmed at all. I’m very happy with the quality and durability for the price. Some of the best underglow sets I've ever used. I work on customizing my car and also for others as side work. I often use these for people who ask me to install some affordable underglow. These are bright and have enough color combinations to please anyone. On an occasion or two, the light might have an issue with powering up or have a part missing. I've never had a problem getting a replacement sent out (after returning them) These are easy to install and are good quality. I still have the same set under my car for 4 years now and they're still going strong. Worth checking out

I’m extremely happy with this ETINAS car underglow light kit! The installation was much easier than I expected, and everything I needed came in the box. The strips are very bright, waterproof, and feel well-made. Once installed, they completely transformed the look of my car. The Bluetooth app works great and connects quickly. I love how many colors and lighting modes it offers—solid colors, color chasing, music sync, and more. The brightness is adjustable, and the colors are super vibrant both day and night.

Works as they should. The sticky stuff really works ONLY if your car is clean enough. I had to drill holes in my skirts and use zip tie(pretty normal) I don’t expect these to last forever but they might. App is easy to use. Only 4 stars because it should come with like a magnet or something instead of the adhesive.

Great product. The price can't be beat and the quality seems to be there. It's took me about 8 hours to install, but it was because I did a professional install. I used a fuse tap (not included) thats keyed to avoid a battery drain, and a replaced a blank factory plate with a switch so it looks professional inside as well. Outside after cleaning the car and rubbing down the locations where they would go with alcohol, I removed the fender flares, and bumpers to run the wires so everything is concealed. I used the 3m to stick it in place and then used all the little holders to lock it down. The screws that it came with were super hard wo work with, so I went and bought some nice stainless steel screws and used them instead. It looks great and hope they hold up, but my initial thought is that they are great buy. You get a lot for the money.

This kit looks fantastic first of all, I would definitely recommend getting it for any vehicle. When I installed it originally, I set the Bluetooth connection and transformer lil boxes that are attached to the chords just right on top of the splash cover under the engine bay. But the first time I drove in the rain the transformer box went bad from getting wet. HOWEVER, amazon was great about replacing the product at no charge and with next day shipping, and I learned that I needed to secure those boxes a little bit higher up in the engine bay to avoid getting wet. No problem! Ever since then they have been working great. It took me about 3 hours to install total but you could get that lower if you have good car jacks. The tape doesn't work great but it holds it on there long enough for you to be able to screw on the mount things that the kit comes with. Just expect to do a lot of screwing, that's what took the longest to do. Also, I would recommend wiring it like so (IMPORTANT) wire the negative to the negative part of the battery and wire the positive to the fuse for your headlights, super easy way to do it with no soldering, plus it won't trickle drain your battery like it would if you wire it directly to the positive and negative of your battery, plus then you can switch the lights on and off by just turning on your headlights. (It feels super cool and fancy I promise) The lights look amazing and I get people looking at them all the time, Even with those small issues I would still recommend this kit 100%

Hardwired these lights to my battery. Despite being able to turn the lights off via the app, they still drained my battery and left my car dead. Do not purchase. I cannot recommend enough that you stay away from lights like these, no matter how cool you think they look. It is not worth the headache.

I purchased four of these light kits for my husband for a Christmas present, and he was over the moon with them. After installing all 4 kits on his car, (2 kits underneath the car, and 2 kits in the engine bay), he said that the install on these lights was very easy to complete. He did find that the double sided tape was not the greatest. So he added some extra strength 3M tape that he'd previously purchased off of Amazon to stick them on, and also used the clips that come with the lights to securely fasten them to the underside. The hardest part of the under side install was running the wires safely, so they don't get tangled up, and/or burnt on a hot surface, etc. After installing the under side strips, my husband then installed 2 separate kits in the engine bay area. 1 in the lower engine compartment, and 1 set under the hood. My husband only needed to use 4 of the strips from each kit for the top and bottom, and commented that he liked that you are able to remove strips that you don't need during an install. After completing the full install, which took him about 3 hours for the 4 kits, he used the LED Hue app to connect to each of the 4 Bluetooth modules on his phone, he renamed each set of lights so he'll know which set of lights are which, and everything turned out fantastically. These lights are very bright indeed, and my husband is now contemplating putting another set on the interior of his Dodge Charger, that will work in correspondence to the Star Roof Liner he also has installed too. All in all, we'd give these light 5 out 5 for quality, brightness, and ease of use to install

The light volted not align with the presciption. Fail product. I am lucky i have not drive on the street. I put solid colour on the app, turnsout the light sparking on different colour. I just install it yesterday, and test it tonight.
