Okay, I'll be honest. I got this because the price was right but I was definitely left speechless. The quality level is just insane, better than Condor insane. It is almost the level of Maxpedition stuff except that it is standard stitching instead of double-reinforced thick nylon thread like Maxpedition uses. This is made from what seems to be 1000D cordura-like material that is high quality.The molle is made from densely woven webbing, not the cheap stuff that catches and frays. It accepts front, back, and side panels as well. AR500 plates and soft IIIA would both work. On both the front and back plate pockets, it has the inner panel cinches that bring up your plates higher toward your center mass.If you're considering buying this but are not sure because of the low price---get it, this is a hidden gem. Amazon has great return policy anyway...but you'll be very surprised at the quality of this, I still can't believe it.

Pretty good vest for the price. As usual has some minor problems here and there with stitching and some portions have mis stitched gaps in the Molle. But the areas that need it are stitched securely and I can’t really see any of it coming off with general use. Mine did come with some portions not fully sewn up and some tabs where ripped off, but that’s fine with me as I will be cutting them off. Vest also has some weird misc pockets that I personally have no idea what they would be used for. Nothing against that thigh, to each their own.Only real draw back that I don’t like about the vest is the way the cummerbund is secured for sizing. It uses three Molle straps to keep it together with a paracord style rope laced through the Molle. Will sew on some Velcro later though for my own use.Why I will say is I greatly appreciate the customer support given to me. I ordered this around the middle of March when Covid-19 was starting to ramp up world wide. It got lost in the mail being exported. Though no fault of their own we could not get a reply from the shipping carrier, but they sent me a new one once their US warehouse was restocked free of charge, which I greatly appreciateAll in all I would recommend this vest though for any beginner or some one on a budget like me.

I was not sure what to expect with this vest for the price, but it turned out great. It feels really durable and there was a lot of attention spent on making the thing strong--like the metal zippers and the the well-attached velcro. We purchased this to give to our cousin to use and he really appreciate it. He said there was plenty of space to hold everything he wanted it to hold and that it fit him (he's about a size medium) but he also said when his brother tried it on (whose probably on the border of an L) and they were able to adjust it to fit him too.

I am a large guy to start with (6'6" 250#) but this vest is fisher price small. Almost holds my ceramic plates. Its close but the velcro still doesn't close. No way to close velcro around side plates the pouch is too small. Overall the vest seems to be built well. Sticking looks strong and materials feel durable.The mag pouch. This sold me over the other due to it being included. Functions decent but could have a different retention setup to facilitate magazines coming out smoother. The BAD. The mag pouch came with the vest, however, the spacing on the molle does not match which prevents you from weaving successfully. If you hold them beside each other you can see the patterns are off.

Bought this to use for weighted runs, rucks, and workouts. You can easily put standard Olympic 10 lb plates in the front and back sleeves, albeit while wishing they were secured by velcro literally anywhere but on the bottom. Haven't put legit plates in it and probably won't. Would certainly recommend for those looking to use a plate carrier for exercise, if you're planning on doomsday prepping in the wilderness I'd get much more expensive plates and plate carriers. I've loaded up to 60 lbs in it and it's held up for multiple hour rucks without dumping the weights out on my toes after the first use or two. Also pretty comfortable for a plate carrier, no chaffing if you're wearing even a semblance of a shirt under it.

The stitching was terrible, it's incredibly uncomfortable, and started to rip while adjusting to my torso. The shoulder straps are placed too far down in the front, and ripped out relatively quickly. I have no idea who still uses a radio as large as the pouch is made for, and the "utility" pouch is useless save for a hygiene kit.

I've had this vest for a lil while now and for the price you cannot beat it! It had slots for steel plates to put in and is made of durable material. I needed something on a budget for a bug out situation and this fit the bill perfectly. I may end up getting another as an emergency spare. I highly recommend.
