These cards are a great source to continue to work on yourself even while going through therapy, waiting to go through therapy or next steps after therapy. They touch on all areas of life. They help you target those not so easily talked about areas, but also allows you to focus on what it is that you have to be grateful for. These would be a great gift!

I was delighted when I opened the package! The cards are in different categories, which line up nicely with the areas of wellness that I use in my Happiness Through Leadership program. The quality is wonderful, and the rounded corners were a nice touch to prevent damage.I wanted these cards for ideas to supplement the activities I already had. The media could not be loaded. If you need a handy set of questions to help you reflect and do some self work, these are a great start. I will use them in my support of people > emotional intelligence coach.They also have the self empowerment cards which have been a wonder to get me thinking and creating.

These cards are a really nice weight with a beautiful finish, print and color. The box they are kept in is great quality. These cards are exactly what I’ve been looking for to give me something to work on. I’m going to randomly choose cards and then work them in a journal. The first one I chose really made me stop and think. This is going to be a wonderful journey.

The Self Therapy Cards are very good. I wish I found this when I was 18 years old so I could save 18 years of my life, I am 36 now. The questions are very helpful. It's worth every penny!
