I occasionally get sciatic pain in bed, so I found sleeping with a pillow or small cushion between my legs helped relieve the pain. As a pillow is large and cumbersome and without the firm support, I decided to try the Restform leg pillow. It was such a comfort to use and supported my legs into what I believe is the correct position for yours legs to be. Less strain on the hip joint too, all helping to ease the pain. Turning over in bed is not a problem, because of its design and shape, it moves quite freely with you. I am in total comfort now and use it all the time, whether I have my sciatic pain or not, thanks to my Restform leg pillow. I recommend it to ease anyone suffering hip or sciatic pain.

I suffer from occasional back and hip pain and was advised to use a pillow between knees in bed. I tried a small scatter cushion which inevitably ended up in the bottom of the bed. I thought I would try this and to be honest didn’t think it would be much better. However it stays in place even when I turn over and is very comfortable. I can’t say it it helps with pain as I’ve not had any pain since using it but that could just be coincidental. Time will tell. The only thing is being memory foam it feels quite warm which has been fine in current weather but I suspect may be too warm in summer.

Sleeping with this cushion between my knees helped with the morning back pain so much!! Actually, I completely got rid of any stiffness or pain.I can't believe nobody told me until now!Good shape, works perfectly for me.The only downside is that the cushion cover cannot be put to washing machine (it says “cold wash”)

I’m waiting for a double hip replacement . This has helped with some of the pain and allows me to nod off ... its very comfortable and believe it or not stays put , but this may be because I have very little lateral movement ... on the whole a good buy

My partner has suffered back pains for a while, (since contracting shingles several years ago), purchased for her and she says she certainly seems to be sleeping better and not in so much discomfort since using this pillow. It is well made and looks durable, so expect it will last for ages

I use this at night for support and to keep pressure off my knees from my top leg as I am a side sleeper. Wish I was able to get spare covers however to maintain use when cover is washed.
