Look for a different slipper.
This is a review only of the product. I have no issue with the seller.I expected more from Muk Luks. These are just ok. They feel like foam sort of.They looked like they would keep my feet warm but they don't.I purchased a different pair at the same time that I am in love with.I can't recommend these as I am not impressed.

They fit well at first - then...
I have had 2 pair of these slippers and each pair only lasted 1 year. They fit well at first, but the more you wear them the bigger they get and flop on your feet. The pair I have now are less than a year old and I have to pin them closed to keep them from flopping and dragging. I also noticed that the sole is beginning to separate from the side of the slipper. I won't be buying any more of these. Back to the hunt for the perfect slipper.

Comfortable But Run Small
I gave these a 4 star because they run small. I wear a size 9 1/2 shoe so I bought the XL. My foot is also narrow. I was concerned before I got these that they would be too loose, but they run small. Although comfortable, my toes touch the end which I really don't like. I'm hoping they stretch with wearing. But with that being said, I do like them. I dislike a thick sole and these are on the thinner flatter style which I do like. They are soft and cozy. Just wish these were about 1/2" longer.

They feel weird and less than comfortable as a result
I sent these back. Honestly, did they really have to skimp on the soles? Not only are they disappointingly thin, the rubber soles are too short, too narrow, too small altogether to cover the bottom of the slipper. They feel weird and less than comfortable as a result.

Comfortable with non-slip sole
These slippers were purchased to replace on older pair that my mother had worn out. She likes them specifically because of the soles -- they don't slip when she walks on her hardwood floors. She's very pleased with the new pair. We purchased a 2nd pair from a different maker - looked the same, but different color. The wore those once and never again because she slipped on the floor. We will buy another pair of these when a different color becomes available in her size.

Not worth the money. No support. My feet flop around in slipper.
I am disappointed and expected more in a Muk Luk item. I wear a size 6.5 to a 7. I purchased the medium as it says it fits these sizes. I am throwing away. Wore them for a couple of hours. And couldn't do it anymore. Even heavy socks have more support. The heel on these flop down and my foot flops around in them. Based on reviews they sounded like a good slipper. Not so. I did order the right size but they are too floppy. The heel even falls down. I only wear them in my apartment. I am not a heavy person and the cushioning is pretty much gone. I don't even want to donate them. Sadly I threw packaging out so I can't get them refunded. Note to myself..do not trust reviews on here.

Soft and comfortable!
Being diabetic I have a hard time wearing regular shoes. They hurt my feet and make it hard to try to walk. I wanted something soft that would stretch as my feet swell. These slipper booties are the perfect fit. They're soft and never pinch my swollen feet. They can get a bit warm in the Summer but I can always wear them without socks. I'm really pleased with them and glad I found them!

Not good for small ankles
These slippers are a beautiful color (blue) and very soft and cozy. The outside sole is not too thick, which is fine for me. I don't wear my slippers outside and thick soles tend to trip me. However, they do not fit my ankles snuggly, so they flop on my foot. I am a size 8 and bought an 8-9 (L) which would have been fine if my ankles weren't small.
