This tool is by far worth the cost. I use it all the time and it has so many applications. Durable, light weight, powerful grip. Just an all purpose reacher. Love it. Saves my back!

I've purchased a few different brands of grabbers over the years. This EZ Reacher Pro surpasses them in all quality. I was replacing suspended ceiling tile in my family room when one fell down 5 feet to the floor inside the framework of a bricked in zero clearance fireplace against the wall. The bricks came up to about 18" from the upstairs floor rafters so I didn't have much space to work with. I duck-taped a mirror to a rafter, had a flashlight in one hand and the EZ Reacher in the other. I couldn't have angled a solid grabber through the framework, but with the folding feature of the EZ Reacher I was able to do so, then lock it back solid once it was pointing straight down. I was afraid the tile was too heavy for the grabber, but I was able to fish it out on the first try. Would not have been safe to use the fireplace with the tile leaning up against the cast iron, so the grabber saved the day and we're once again staying warm this cold Ohio winter. Probably no one else will ever need a grabber for the purpose I did, but I can sure testify to the grabbing strength and versatility in my particular situation. I ordered it on a Monday evening and it was on my doorstep that Wednesday. Talk about prompt processing and delivery by the seller. Can't get any better!

Product works but the way the end is designed it has some flex to it. Dont feel comfortable picking up some stuff bc it just doesnt feel like its got s good hold bc of the flexing.

I use this reacher tool exclusively to pick apples from an absurdly large tree. The light weight and sturdy construction are great features. I don't have particularly great hand strength but I can hold the tool like a pistol and easily reach and grasp apples. The shaft is nice and rigid so it doesn't sag or bend. The rubber cups get a good grip on apples of all sizes. My only complaint is that the curved springy metal bands at the end provide all the gripping force, and they don't grip quite as hard as I need to pull a well-connected apple, so I have problems with the cups sliding off the apple when I pull. When this happens I have to twist the apple a turn or two to loosen it. I expect making the grip tighter would make it harder to pull the handle, but it would be a good tradeoff for me.It would not be fair to take off a whole star for this one issue I have that others don't care about, so I'm going with five stars. If we could rate products on a 1 to 10 scale, I would give it a 9.

My husband and I help with river clean-ups after summer seasons on the Frio River and this long handled ArcMate grabber was just what we needed to reach trash on the shores without getting out of the river. It folds easily in half for easier carrying but quickly goes back together by easily sliding the black connector up which secures it. The grabber end opens wide for larger objects but it can pick up small items too with its rubber cups. It has a lock button on the top of the handle if you ever need to lock the grabber tips until you can retrieve what you are grabbing from the cups. The rubber cups are very durable but you can also order new rubber cups if needed from the ArcMate website. This grabber is very handy and we highly recommend it to everyone!
