I ordered this tree and was shocked with the tree I received. I inspected it and was very dissatisfied. Looked aparse and plastic. There was no customer service. No one from her team came running to help a customer in need. It was a bad dream C. Brown's tree. I ordered a second tree and simply could not believe that I received another stump. Still waiting on a refund well over a month. Stay away from this tree unless you want a headache!

This is the most beautiful tree I have ever seen and I love the quality! It looks so life like! Worth the cost. So easy to put together!

What can I say, Martha knows her stuff! This tree is just what I was looking for. It is so simple to set up and absolutely stunning. It is kind of messy, but I think that is to be expected a little with a flocked tree. The type of tree is not a full as the blue spruce I had before, but it is true to fullness of the natural pine. Slightly expensive for the size, but comparable to other brands of trees. I got lucky this year too and our local Marshall's store had ALL of the Martha Stewart tree decorations and wrapping supplies one could ask for. Also beautiful and perfect.

This is a beautiful tree right out of the box. It has all the "bells and whistles" you would expect from a Martha Stewart creation, and it's very easy to put together. HOWEVER, within one week of receipt, several unlit patches appeared on it. We were never able to get them all to stay lit. A Christmas tree with cheap lights that stop working that quickly is NOT a product I would recommend.

Wish the branches were stronger and could hold more weight, but I love the light dusting of snow. Assembly was so nice. Thank you for making such a wonderful wonderful Christmas 🎄 tree!

Glad I spent the money and bought this one. Flocking and lights are beautiful. Needed a Christmas refresh during the pandemic and a flocked tree was perfect.

Within days of set up, the lights on the middle sets of branches went out. I changed every fuse without success. Also tried replacing the bulbs to no avail. I had already destroyed the box so I just gave up. Very disappointed.
