I really suffer from restless legs, this is great when they are playing up, although it only gives me a limited time relief it definitely helps which is the main thing. I suffer severely from restless legs and this is one of the few things that gives me some sort of relief so I fully recommend to anyone.

It is true it makes skin feel smoother, silkier. I used a german gel made of red wild chestnut and this one is no where near by comparrison of its effect on my legs simptoms. I feel lots of alcochol may be in it. I prefer thicker gels style products. This is very watery like transparent like and spills and spreads quickly over surface unlike thicker gels. My preference would be to go for this one only for how it makes skin feel like, but not for improving circulation and removing sensation in legs similar to restles legs syndrome.

I really like this product. I am doing 9 to 10 hours shifts where I am constantly on my feet. I love to apply it after a hot bath. It makes my legs less hurting and it gives a nice cold feeling.

i am disappointed. pain returned very quickly. just a cooling cream. i wont buy again
