nice, classic look
I'm using 4 of these to illuminate a deck with 432 square feet. They have a warm tone with sufficicient brightness for the job.

Gilded Age on a budget
If you like shows like the Gilded age, or just looking for a more industrial look for lighting in your home, these LED Edison bulbs create that great effect, while also saving energy and money. Absolutely love these!

I love the look of these. The color and radiance is beautiful.
Nothing to dislike.

This is really closer to a 75 watt replacement bulb.
I wanted a bulb to go into my Tiffany style lamps that used less energy than the incandescent bulbs. So, I ordered these. Here is what I found:1. The output of the light is very nice and the color is good. It is NOT however, a replacement for a 100 watt light as stated. A 100 watt incandescent lamp provides 1600 lumens of light (US Department of Energy). So, this is really closer to a 75 watt replacement.2. The shape of the bulb is very retro and being clear glass also makes it look like a older bulb. Because of the design of my lamps, I have the space for this shape and length of bulb.3. The light is immediate and there is no flicker. People have a hard time believing that it is LED because the warm color looks so good.I am pleased with this light even though it is not as bright as advertised. If you can deal with the decreased lumens from what you would expect in a 100 watt bulb, this is a good a great bulb. I would recommend it.

Great Dimming Range
We bought 8 of these for our new light over the dining room table, and was I pleasantly surprised. These will dim so low that I had to adjust the low threshold on our dimmer switch. I'm talking about nightlight low, to where you can barely tell that they're on. They barely even cut out at the lowest setting. I only own one other set of dimmable LED bulbs, and those don't compare to the dimming range and even the quality of light.I'd consider LED filament bulbs in the future, even if I can't see the bulbs. That's how great the light is, although these particular ones wouldn't fit in a lot of the ceiling fixtures I have, and I'm not sure if these types of bulbs are are rated for enclosed fixtures. We'll see how long they last, but it's been money well spent so far.BTW, these are 100-watt incandescent equivalent. You would be paying a considerable amount more for a true 100 watt LED bulb, and it would be approximately 8.5X brighter than this. They're simply not for in-home use because of how large and bright they are.

Great look if in the right fixture, still pretty good if not..
We are among the LED faithful, but have learned you need to consider the look carefully - the way the LED chips are designed in can render some LED bulbs UGLY. With an Edison bulb, the look is fundamental and, within the limits of an LED trying to emulate the look of a filament bulb, these do a very admirable job.Ours are set in a fixture that has a metal mesh, and it obscures the full view of the bulb just enough that these would only be noticed as LED vs. true Edison bulbs if someone were not just looking at the fixture, but doing so up close. When the lights are switch on, someone would have to risk blinding themselves to tell the difference.Brightness is good. The packaging was fine. Installation is like any standard bulb.In short, these have exceeded my expectations in every way.

As expected
Works as expected. Looks great.

Blinking
Over a few months, 3 of the bulbs are now blinking regularly. I don't know what causes this, but it is very distracting and it's beyond the return date. Bulbs are expensive now and I expect them to be of better quality and last more than a few months!

Price
The bulbs are beautiful but I didn't realize I could get these much cheaper at hardware stores

Brutal flicker.
Pronounced flicker when mounted in a small single-bulb, non-dimmable chandelier. The power reaches the bulb though a Leviton Z-Wave Decora wall switch, so maybe that somehow affects the LEDs, but bottom line is the flicker is bad enough that I'm glad I don't have epilepsy. I'll try another identical bulb to see if it's a one-off. The Philips 800 lm LED I removed for this vintage-style bulb had no such issues.

Comparable to only a 50 watt bulb...NOT 100 watt.
Comparable to only a 50 watt bulb...NOT 100 watt. Bought 12 of these and my whole basement is too dark. Not 100 watt equivalent. I wanted to be able to have bright enough for socializing etc then dimm down for other times, but no need for my dimmer anymore.
