Rainbow Fish and the Big Blue Whale Paperback – Picture Book, July 1, 2012

Wonderful, delightful book for my 2 year old grandson. He loves the pictures of the fish and the whale, and all the colors are fun. The story is great and light, and fun to read over and over. I highly recommend this charming book to share with someone special in your life.

Great book series for little kids. Our little granddaughter (age 6) loves fish and some spooky stories too. These are not scary but slightly mysterious to capture a little one's curiosity while teaching a good lesson such as helping others, trusting, overcoming fears,etc. She's got about 4 books in the series. Her favorite is the one about the "monster" in the cave which is really about misunderstanding how things appear in the dark but being brave to help a friend.

Story is leangthy and engaging. Illustration beautiful as always

My daughter is becoming very interested in the blue whale so I got her a few different ones. We enjoyed this one as the Rainbow fish has always been a favorite. Teaches to ask questions to find out the truth and not make assumptions.

My daughter loves this book! The glittery fish scales really keep her attention during story time. So glad I bought this!

This was a delightful book to have my 7 year old grandson read. And he is not a big reader! But the illustrations and story really kept his interest. Would highly recommend.

I enjoyed reading this book to my elementary students. This book teaches kids not to judge others based on appearance as well as the cons of making assumptions about others (before actually getting to know them). I think the story itself could have been a little bit longer ... it seems to be too quick of a read for even primary students. Overall, a great book!
