No one turned up for fitting
I added a fitting appointment to the order for 6 Feb. We waited the whole morning but no one turned up to fit the bike for us. There was minimum communication. Very disappoited.

vorderrad eiert,verletzunsgefahr,aufkleber haften nicht.
aufkeber haben sich bereits vor dem auspacken teilweise abgelöst! vorderrad eiert ca 5 mm.. nicht das was ich in dieser preisklasse erwartet habe.ich ärgere mich wirklich,das ich 200 euro für etwas bezahlt habe,das keine 100 wert ist.meine tochter ist 2 jahre alt und wenn der sattel so eingestellt ist,das die höhe passt. dann steht die sattelstütze unten durch ...bis ca 5 cm über dem boden!Sie hat sich bereits erheblich daran verletzt! für größere kinder ist eine lange sattelstütze beigefügt...wieso keine kürzere?wenn ich sicher währe es zu behalten ,würde ich diese kürzen...aber ich werde es wohl zurückschicken.etwas rumbasteln ist ok bei 40..50 euro,aber nicht bei fast 200.ich bin mitzlerweile leicht angesäuert....

I received the product and the rocking base is not included. It should be, according to the description. Why is that?
