Little Blue Truck's Beep-Along Book

This was a surprise to us. We ordered this book last out of the Little Blue Truck series, thinking it would be too "babyish" for our 2 year old grandson. Boy were we wrong. Our little boy loves all the books in this series but held on to this one in particular because of the "beep". It entices him to to participate in the story to the point that has been reading it to himself constantly (at least 4 times a day). Is he reading or has he memorized it? Not quite sure as of yet but this book is a keeper. He also enjoys using the "beep" with all his other Little Blue Truck series. I, as a retired teacher, enjoy how the animals are used in all the books. It's especially nice to see how he responds to each animal and their individual sounds. I encourage him to read along with me, which he does at time. This series is especially nice and teaches him a lot about friendship, helping one another, and several other good lessons can be extracted from them I've been reading this series to him since he was a few months old, still continue to do so, and will for a long time.

My kids are obsessed with Little Blue Truck books. This one is cute where the button isn’t overly loud and doesn’t beep/make noise for ages on end. My almost 2-year old loves it and asks to read it often. You’ll never go wrong with the Little Blue Truck series, every kid needs all of these in their library.

My 19-month-old grandson just loves Little Blue Truck so I love adding to his collection of these books. This one has been a bit hit. He loves pushing the "beep-along" truck while we read.

I just got my copy of the Beep-Along book today and it is perfect for a young child. Little Blue Truck and Little Blue Truck Leads the Way are big hits in our household and we've been anxiously awaiting the newest book in the series. As a companion book, it is very well done. My son's favorite animals from the original book are featured, and the beep along song is really cute. My only complaint is that the plush truck is quite difficult to beep. It took me several minutes of pressing to figure out where the beeper was located, and then it takes a very powerful, precise squeeze to get a little squeak to come out. My son hasn't been able to manage it on his own yet, but he keeps trying. Also, I think it is misleading to call the noise a beep, because it is definitely just the squeak of your average squeaky toy. All in all, it is a very good book, and a good choice for a young child who already loves Little Blue.

What a sweet collection of stories I bought every one of them for my 2 year old grandson and I bought the plush blue truck that beep beeps adorable he lives the stories and holds the blue truck while my son reads to him.

Love the series

I read the review on this before purchase, decided to take chance. It’s ok. The story is written for a song tune. When you sing it it’s really cute. Especially for an older sibling to read to a younger. But the part where you can beep the truck does not work well enough for a young one to work it properly. It will not go in a book shelf because the stuffy truck really sticks out! So, it is a cute concept and sing a long, but stuffy truck part not so good! I will keep because the sing a long is cute!

Es ist ein super süßes Buch welches die Little Blue Truck Bücher komplett macht. Wir haben die beiden Hauptbücher - mein Sohn liebt Little Blue <3 Das Beet Along Book singen wir mittlerweile auch häufig ohne Buch, es bringt immer eine gute Stimmung. Tipp: auf YouTube gibt es einige Videos zu dem richtigen Rhythmus.

My grandson just love it!!

Sings to tune of if you're happy and you know it. The squeaker isn't that good and difficult sometimes to get it to make a sound. Would have been improved with a digital beeper.
