She said it works great. It must work well as I see the price increased by a whopping 50% since the last time I bought it last year.Oh well...a small price to pay if she likes it!UPDATE!! I have bought this stuff 2 times in the past and it was great. This time, it was a fake. The outer package had the laser marking, but the jar inside did not. Also the plastic applicator did not have Clairol inscribed on it. I ordered from the same place, so who knows what the issue is, but we threw this in the trash.

This is my first time buying this product in the US since the one I bought in Asia is running out, because of COVID I'm staying in the states longer than I had planned so it's time to restock. I read some reviews saying that the package has been tempered or it's open when it arrives but mine looked fine from the outside.However, once I opened the package I noticed the engravings on the top of the bottle have a slightly different font from the ones on my old bottle. The second thing is that this one also has a different scent, it's hard to describe but it feels stronger comparing to my old one. This one also gives you a lot of cream, I mean a lot. When I peeled off the the sealing I saw a FULL bottle of cream, almost overflowing the bottle. I don't recall my old bottle being this full?Anyways, I got suspicious and wanted to return it since it's something that goes directly on my skin, but then I realized I can't return it even though it's Prime and "Amazon's choice" certified. I’m not saying that it's fake since I'm no expert, but the no return part really made me upset.

I was exiting to get and when I open the box, the box was open and the bottle is half way closed.No spatula and instruction paper in the box. The worst part is that seal is broken and this item can not be returned or replaced. THE WORST experience of online shopping.

it works ok but after a while it gave my skin some texture problems and stopped using it..but i think this might have been a fake product. As I had bought one before but this one had no safety seal or box

This is the second time I bought his family's products. The first time the product was opened and sent to me by random box. There are no spoons and product instructions inside. The second time to buy the product packaging is intact.

When this arrived, I used it right away. My face gets so dry in the winter and it'll start itching. This helps soothes my skin really well. Not to mention it smells really good. Inside it comes with a little spatula so you can scoop the cream onto your fingers instead of just digging into the jar itself. It's a pretty good deal to me.

The item has no seal when I received it. The outer box does not have the seal and the wrap. The container/tub also has no seal.

I love this product! It glides onto my skin like butter and makes it feel so soft and silky and seems to brighten my complextion, also my make up is easier to apply. Arrived on time and beautifully packaged with a plastic spatula provided so no need to dip your fingers in the pot which is a good size and you don't need to use much so will last a good while!...the horse oil is a by-product and horses are not killed purely for their oil!!

The best one for me, I have dry skin, people with OILY SKIN maybe will be to much! But it's really incredible cream!5⭐

Fast delivery and amazing product. Been using this since October 16' and it has significantly reduced my scars and improved my skin complexion. Hope the seller will bring in the latest version which claims to be a lighter texture for people with oily skin.

At first the cream appears rich thick and buttery. But it spreads evenly and nourishes my skin. I usually use it at night and wake up next morning to a soft feeling skin
