Tight fit
There is no way you could fit a 42" guitar. I have an Alvarez 5022, and it is a super tight fit on both length and width. not very padded but it is a gig bag which is lightweight and will protect from scratches.

loud
This is perfect for how I am using to basically protect my short scale bass. One odd thing is just how loud the inside lining is... probably because the material is very plastic. But! great for a protective budget friendly bag.

Good soft case
It fit my smaller stage guitar well that I needed to keep in the car for a move. It handled the trip well. I only sandwiched it between a couple other things since it is a soft case. I fit a standard acoustic in it, and it fit well. I would recommend this to anyone.

I BROUGHT TO CARRY MY DELCIMER. MT DELCIMER JUST FITS IN THIS BAG. BAG HAS LOTS OF STORAGE FOREXTRA STUFF.
