I bought the book mark for a present for my Mum as she loves reading and they looked nice. My Mum loves it and uses it all the time. As she loved it, I gave one to a friend who was having a rough time, but I knew she enjoy reading, she loves it too. I think they are excellent value for money well made, different colour and ideal for a gift, I bought a 3rd one, a little present for myself.

Product arrived in perfect condition and it was perfect for keeping pages in a book, the person I gifted it to mentioned how good it was and how pretty it looked!! Good quality

When I first ordered this I received the bookmark with a defect (butterfly missing the jewel) but had a lovely experience with customer service with their quick reply and option of giving me a refund or sending me another one. I chose the later option as this was supposed to be a gift for someone.The metal and chains could be a little more sturdy but it’s not as bad as I initially thought it would be.The box it comes in is also very cute and just overall happy with the product.

... though it probably is robust enough to travel in a book carried in a bag or pocket. I like the look of it.

These are cute as a little gift, and good value when on offer/half price (£5) but I don't think I'd want to pay full price for them.

The item was described as hand made, but it most definitely is not. It is a nice item, but it is clearly mass produced. Hand finished - maybe - but that is not the same as being hand made. The printed "hand made" sticker on the front of the box was way off-centre too. Rather disappointing in all, especially as I bought this to give as a gift.
