Would a 6.5 year old child understand these stories? She is a confident reader but want her to understand the story!

My almost 7 year old daughter got ‘the sleepovers’ as a gift and she’s hooked. We are thinking of getting her the set. I’d say go for it.

Yes, I think it’s suitable for 10 year olds. My girl is 10, and she took approx 4/5 days to read each book

what age group are these books

my daughter read them when she was 7 and she loved them but I read some of them and I think that some of the contents are for older kids. Most of the books are of stories of kids with problems in their family or of bullying. This includes violent and aggressive parents and manipulative adults and kids... So I was a bit surprised when I read them and I went over the most difficult parts with her to see what she got from them. I see the stories a bit as a contemporary Charles Dickens.

What age is this good for?
