Will the 256gb card work with canon 5D mark ii? my camera cannot read the card and claim the card is not formatted.

My 5D Mark II had the firmware updated by Canon themselves and the 256GB card from Lexar or SanDisk would not format in my camera. Tried everything suggested and card would not format. So the answer is no. Try 128GB.
