I’m not sure if I am just transitioning from a very uncomfortable office chair, but this one is extremely comfortable. Very good dynamic lumbar support that reminds you that it’s there. Only cons would be a low back (I am 6’5”) but I’m not laying my head back anyways. Also the seat length is a touch short for me but standard size really. Great bang for buck with an open box deal. Easy to assemble. TBD on durability.

This is really large comfortable office chair. It was fairly easy to put together. Just a note- the box is large and very heavy. We opened it out side and brought the pieces in. The material feels like leather and is a good quality, and the lumbar support is good. The arms go up for easy storage under my desk. The wheels run smoothly so far. When I adjust the height it is ok but could be taller. I am 5’6” tall and like to sit a bit higher, but this gets the job done comfortably. The seat is quite wide, so if you are a large person this would give you plenty of room. I think it’s worth the Prime Day price. The leather is a cream color, as pictured. I am happy and hope it lasts. I work from home 3 days a week, so I need a solid chair. This fits the bill.

I had the older model of this chair for four years. The chair become squeaky, the seat was deflating, one of the arms was loose, and my cat scratched it to pieces but let me be clear - I could not live without that chair. I was so sad to search my order history and find out that Amazon no longer made that chair but was very excited when I discovered they actually changed their name and had an improved model. Let me also say that this cream color is a gorgeous color in person and it goes well in my living room and matches my desk aesthics. The cream color allows it to blend in with everything around it while giving it a classy look.I can't say if it's easy to assemble because my husband assembled it not me, but he didn't complain or get frustrated so must not be too bad. The chair is very comfortable to sit in all day. I work from home and then use my computer in the evenings as well so I'm in this chair sometimes 12 hours a day. My computer set up is in the living room so my chair is accessible to guests and they run to sit in my chair when they come in the house instead of sitting on the sofa. I did have a bit of a break in period but that could just be because I was so used to my old chair that I needed to adjust to it. I'm a plus size gal - coming in at a size 18 - and it's so wide that I have no trouble fitting into this chair. There is plenty of room on the sides of me. The arms move up and down which one of my favorite features. My only complaint is that I wish the chair would go higher than it does. I'm 5'7" and sometimes I want to sit higher but I'm maxed out. Seems odd so maybe the problem is user error.

I bought the Ivory chair. Exactly as pictured. Easy to assemble. I didn't need a screwdriver just the tool that comes with the chair. Pictures are clear for assembly. Even a Grandma can assemble it in 30 minutes! Good Value for the money, comfortable, Lumbar support is great. All the screws lined up perfectly.

I purchased this chair four years ago and really liked it. However, when it was damaged during a move, I attempted to replace it. Unfortunately, the replacement chair had a construction issue that had been repeatedly mentioned in numerous comments spanning over a year at least. This defect prevents the chair from being completely assembled, rendering it unusable (screw holes don’t line up). Amazon has failed to address this issue by removing these defective chairs from its inventory. You won’t be aware of this problem until you’ve almost completed assembling the chair. At that point, you’ll have to disassemble it, rebox it, and return the box to UPS. This is an incredibly inconvenient process, and Amazon must take immediate action to rectify this issue before anyone considers purchasing this chair again.Old review from 2023:Based on someone else's review, it would seem that this chair is perfect for average-height people but less great for those of us who are a bit tall or (according to her) a bit short. I'm 5'9 with most of my height in my legs. I like a chair to be tall enough that my legs can be straight to the floor from my knees to my feet and still have support under my knees. This chair is too short for that, even at it's highest setting, but it can be fixed with a simple replacement of the gas lift cylinder for a mere $20 (search for gas lift cylinder on Amazon). And the extra $20 is worth it because other than that one issue, this chair is great. My first experience with this chair was at work when the firm replaced all of our desk chairs. I loved it so much that I bought it for myself when I went into private practice. The lumbar support hits in just the right spot and moves with your body as you lean in and out. I love the cream color, and the seat is padded nicely. I especially love the liftable arms. I sit at my desk for 8+ hours straight 5-6 days a week, and I never have body pain-- Granted, I am only 36, but I have definitely experienced this with other office chairs that claimed to be "ergonomic". With a simple lift cylinder replacement and a movable standing desk (which I never actually stand at), I can finally sit at my desk without my knees hitting the underside of the desk or my legs having to be extended out to have support under my knees. These two things mean that I don't slump at my desk anymore, and my neck and back thank me! :)

Chair looks great and is very comfortable and well made. I took stars off because a couple of issues that I can’t live with and will require me to buy another chair.The chair does not rise high enough. Unlike other office chairs, I feel like I’m a little kid at the adult table(I’m 5’10” male).The most annoying feature is the chair back angle isn’t adjustable so I’m always at a slight recline. I have to place a pillow behind me to look like I’m not falling asleep while on camera. Suprised there isn’t an adjustment for that.I would have discovered all of this if I was able to try it out before hand but the mass positive rating don’t mention these issues.

I don't even know where to start. This chair is so comfortable!!! The back and hip support is amazing. It's also very soft on the but. I can sit in this chair for hours and not get stiff. The casters and very strong and roll very easily. The tilt is flawless and I love the levers with cables on each side for the adjustments instead of having to reach underneath. I highly recommend this chair.

La silla se siente bien, es cómoda, al principio se puede sentir algo firme/duro el asiento, pero después de un par de días de uso se vuelve más cómodo sentarseHay algunos detalles que no me gustan y deberías saber antes de comprarla1. Es una silla algo ancha, soy una persona delgada y mido 1.60, para mi tamaño realmente no es tan cómodo descansar los brazos en la silla ya que tendrás que abrir mucho los brazos para recargarte bien, la mayor parte del tiempo prefiero dejarlos arriba2. en los brazos tiene dos costuras que rodean todo el borde y ese detalle me ha irritado el codo por la fricción, es realmente molesto ya que, si quieres recargarte no lo podrás hacer por mucho tiempo o tendrás la marca de la costura por todo el brazo, no importa si usas un suéter la molestia se sientePor lo demás he de decir que se siente de buena calidad todo, el asiento es cómodo si vas a pasar muchas horas sentado como yo no tienes de que preocuparte en ese sentido, los brazos no me encantan, pero es una percepción muy personal, para ti puede que ese detalle no sea un problema. el respaldo se siente bien.

The chair is very well padded and comfortable and fairly straight forward to assemble. The low back too some getting used too. Since I prefer sitting more upright the inability to tilt the back doesn't bother me.
