This spray mop is fantastic, so easy to use, put together and the 360 degree rotation of the mop means I can get it under hard to reach places which my previous flash powermop could not do. This mop is far more environmentally friendly and means I can control the amount of detergent versus water that is used on my laminate floor. Cannot recommend it highly enough. I love the fact that the it is washable too. Makes mopping the floors far less of a chore. The spray function is also great and you can control the water/detergent amount (and combination) meaning that the floors dry very quickly. Good value for money.

When this arrived we put it together and tried to squirt some warm water onto a floor stain, this worked OK and after mopping the stain up we washed the pad, however when I tried about a month later to spray some soapy water while doing a full floor clean I pulled the trigger about 10 times and on the 11th one the head and bottle seperated and shot away from the long pole. The fitting inside the pole snapped off and rendered the device comppletely useless, I can't even be bothered to ask for a refund as I'm not going to waste a single moment of my time on this item and I can highly recommend that nobody buys this rubbish.

I have ordered this product twice from the same seller. The first one lasted only 6 months before the stem snapped off but the second one is going strong for almost a year. I bought some cheap washable mop pads from amazon to go with this as well.It is really so simple and convenient and has changed my life. No more sloshing around with a bucket of water and a conventional mop. The spray can be filled with water, floor cleaner or even water and a few drops of dish detergent.The spray has a good range and works well. You just wash the mop pad when you are through with a cleaning session and pop another back on (fits with velcro strips).Love this product and would recommend.

The first mop I received kept leaking everywhere and soaking my floor, could not work out why! I messaged the company and they were happy to send out a replacement for me. I have the new mop now and I realise that theres supposed to be a white screw cap for the bottle. Checked the old mop and the cap is stuck in the mop handle, cant seem to get it out but that's ok, the new mop works great! Would recommend, good for the money

Don't know how I coped before, so easy to clean floors and great for cleaning doors and cupboards too. So easy to store and great if you have toddlers and don't want to risk having a bucket of water lying around.However after 5 months it just started leaking, I can't see how or why but it is,So great while it lasted.Ho

I have had a lot and I mean a lot of mops in the past years and after a lot again I mean a lot of reading review after review I decided I'm going to try this out . It was simple to put together and I added a little bit of flash floor cleaner to the water and it was a case of OK here goes, the spray is light yet enough it comes out on the pole just above the mop head and the way it sprays is not far off the width of the head it passes over the mop in a downward spray . It's easy glide and unlike a lot of other mops once you wipe, the surface is dry and does leave a wet floor unlike most . I must say for me, this was like a Christmas present to and it is the best thing since sliced bread .:)

This mop looked just what I wanted as my cleaner cannot come during this pandemic, however, it just falls to pieces all the time. It seems a bit flimsy and as the box was badly damaged and stuck up with sellotape, and I also noticed there had been water in the container previously, I wondered if it had been returned to you and then sent out again. As I am isolated with my teminally ill husband, I couldn't return it and I am rather disappointed in it. I think the idea is good and the mop head is a good idea, but for me, it just doesn't work. Sorry about this.

I bought this product at the beginning of 2018. Easy to use however I went to use it about a month ago and the bottle top had broken so unable to use spray. Foolishly I ordered myself a replacement. I then spotted a review regarding lifetime warranty so contacted them. I was told to post my replacement back and they would send replacement. I did so at my expense. The messages since have been short, curt, unprofessional and unhelpful. Almost daily messages. I believe now they are expecting me to send the faulty one back (I have provided photo evidence of the fault). No address provided and I would have to go out of my way to find a box to send back in. More expense and more stress. Easier and cheaper to go and purchase a new one elsewhere.

Ich habe von diesen Wischpadmops in 6 Jahren 4 Stück kaufen müssen. Alle sind oben am Griff oder an der Düse nach kurzer Zeit Gebrochen gewesen oder die Sprühdüse war verstopft oder defekt. Nicht reparabel jedesmal gewesen.Gruß MarioMeine Empfehlung an alle Sprühmopverkäufer ist: Verkauft diesen oder so ähnliche sehr preisgünstig wegen den Kurzlebigkeit.Zeit in der so ein neuer Sprühmopp wirklich hält maximum 1 Jahr. Ehrlich

Mann kann sehr gut damit aufwischen , aber die Wasserdüse sprizt etwas zu weit. Die Saugleistung ist sehr gut.

La qualité du balais est vraiment naze. J'ai emboîté les éléments entre eux et le balais ne tenait pas du tout en place ! Vraiment déçue
