Pfister 015-2WDX 2-Port 2-Way Diverter Valve

I bought this item in January and finally finished my bathroom remodel turned on the water today and it does not divert the water at all! Position one is the hand shower and the shower head position to the same thing and position 3 the same thing! I plugged it myself Amber professional contractor and did not install it in correctly. I took the valve out and looked at it and there is a chunk missing of plastic ware a nub should be and it is not diverting water properly. Don't know if this little piece of plastic nub has anything to do with it but extremely unhappy and can no longer exchange or return it as it is in the wall and tiled over! I've used Pfister products in the past and only had one problem with one cartridge for a pressure balancing valve. This valve is not working and will definitely never purchase it again super unhappy!

INCREDIBLY difficult to mount - the back side is rounded; keep this in mind if ordering.

I bought this for a shower I was remodeling. It sat for about a month after being installed in the wall and being tested for leaks, alright so far. I finished tiling and started to assemble all the handles and the like. The directions that came with the handle said to install adapter by threading into end of valve. After trying for about 5 minutes and getting frustrated I checked the end I was to thread into, no threads!!!. I can't change out the valve because shower is tiled. I tried contacting Pfister by e-mail no answer. If I have to resort to a call they are not going to be happy because they are holding up me finishing my wife's shower and she's not happy.

I tried this out on our first bathroom reno and was pleased with it so ordered a second one for the next reno. It works and there isn't much more to say.
