I haven't played MTG for years but have the itch to start again. I ordered this because most of my old cards are at my parents' house and I wanted to build a deck for friendly games. I didn't expect to get any great cards but for $13 to get 4 boosters is already worth the price and you get all the additional cards. Luckily, and to my surprise, I did got Chandra, Awakened Inferno from the 2020 Core booster pack so I'm very satisfied with my purchase!**For those who say this product is deceiving, please carefully read the description. You get 1 booster from the each of the most recent sets (1 Theros, 1 War of the Spark, 1 2020 Core, 1 Throne of Eldraine).

I know some other people have mentioned finding other packs in here. That is correct. You won't just get Theros lands, creature, and spell cards, but some cards from Throne of Eldraine, War of the Spark, and Core Set 2020. Since I do play with both Throne and Theros decks a lot, I was pleasantly surprised to get some powerful cards for both in this deckbuilders box. I can create some really good decks from the Theros ones currently. The Throne cards are awesome and have a ton of might and mana power with them, but I will need to get some land cards to build full decks with them. Sounds like I need to go land shopping. Overall, I am quite satisfied with my purchase and hope others are too.

I mainly bought this kit thinking it would come with full art lands but it doesn’t. The booster packs you get with this are awesome and I had some great pulls from it, Heliod sun crowned from the theros beyond death pack! The rares that come with this kit are exclusive to deck builders kits and theme boosters so it’s a solid buy even if you just want the rares and some boosters. One of the best magic products for beginners for sure and even some good value for more experienced players.

First off, let's talk the bad that everyone is mentioning. The lands they give you are not the full art lands. The booster packs were 1 core set 2020, 1 throne of eldraine, 1 War of the Sparks, 1 Theros Beyond Death. While this is sorta a rip off I feel like this is okay and I will explain why.The good- the garunteed stuff you get is amazing for the price. It is a mix of Throne of Eldraine and Theros Beyond Death cards. The booster packs synergize well because Core set 2020 gives generic cards, Throne of Eldraine synergy with the other throne cards, War of the Sparks gives you a Planeswalker, and the Theros Beyond Death pack. The Special rares you can only get in this pack (also maybe themed booster packs) are also good. My favorite ones are the blue and red I will upload a picture but they are all good. Also you get one of each Demi God One final good thing is that they give you a solid mix of multicolored uncommons and two of each multicolored land.-Personal thoughts. If you are already have a bunch of magic cards and are looking for 100% value or rares this isn't for you. However, if you are getting Into magic or transitioning into having quite a few good decks of your own this is great. It offers so much good generic cards that booster packs simply don't. If it gave full art lands or 4 Theros booster packs this would easily be 5 stars for what it gives

A super deal if you can get it on sale. There's a good number of junk cards, but some pretty sweet ones too. The 4 boosters alone would normally sell for more than this whole kit (if you got the coupon) Everything was mint, boosters looked factory sealed. Only one beyond death booster but I knew that going in.

Great I got a nyx land and a planeswalkers I also got Gray merchant of the sapphire and some really good cards like a foil inspiring knight. This was really good because my first set was game night but I needed a different version so I decided to go with this and it was a great choice.

From what I hear from people complaining g they thought they just get theroes beyond death cards no. If you took the time to read about deck builders they are from recent sets and you get one theroes beyond death booster pack and three from recent sets. So maybe next time research before you write a 1 star review.

The toolkits were stopped for a reason. Bundles are a better deal because the cards are more randomized. This didn't even come with one set of all five of the fancy land cards.

I feel like I got this really cheap at £15, plenty of cards to build multiple decks, couple of foil cards, nine legendaries and a planeswalker. There are a couple of cards that if I decided to sell them I could make the money back off the box to buy another. Highly recommended for new players and people trying to boost their collection

I feel it's a good value starting kit. You can build 2 maby 3 playable decks with it. Got lucky with the booster packs and got 2 cards that together in resell value is worth the cost of the toolkit, if I were to sell them.
