It has really helped.

May be good but...
Tastes vile, tried to take it for a while, thought I may get used to it, but had to stop, made me feel sick, dissapointed.

Fantastic product, I love it, having problem sleeping just get this product. It helps bloating also
I like the sower taste it never bothers me, then I am having a good sleep with clear head when I wake up. Most people might not like the taste but it does not matter because it works
