While I have bought countless Vasagle furniture items in the past and enjoyed their appearance and qualify, not the case here. I bought 2 of these desks to put together in corner (the L-shaped desk was out of stock at the moment), and they function just fine for how I use them. However, The screws were very wobbly when turning, and with each desk 1 screw went clean through the backside putting a whole in the desk. So now I have 2 desks with unsightly quarter sized holes in them. Fortunately, I have a computer keyboard sitting on top of one of them, but the other is in a location where it's impractical to cover it. As the furniture-maker provides the screws and brackets and tools used for installation, it shouldn't make something that is going to break, chip, or put a hole in the furniture. OR it should just make stronger, better material.

Love this little utility desk. It fit perfectly in a small space and it’s a great size for a laptop and printer. It’s easy to assemble and I love the wood color. Do not expect to use it as an office type desk as it is small and has no drawers or storage but it’s exactly what I needed and is fine for a computer or writing desk.

I had already purchased another product from this company and line. And while I am not in love with it (as I would be if it were real wood), this is a sturdy, easy-to-assemble, and practical piece. I have been seeking a small desk for my guest room where I will be hosting international students. I had been watching Goodwill and St. Vincent de Paul for a long time. Everything was either way too big or way too flimsy. When it came to crunch time, I trusted in something that I knew from before, and it has met my expectations. I have other items on order now, too.

This is the BEST thing I have gotten myself to date! I LOVE the size of it. In the pics I show my laptop and notebook for scale. It's a great height for myself, I am 5'8" and I just use a dining table chair to work at it. The wood is soooo cute and rustic. It does not look cheap, but booooy is it a great price. I want 1,000 of these, but I do not have a use for that many! HA!HOWEVER, I am considering getting some for my classroom so students have more work space and that will help comply with COVD-19 protocols.All that said, it was SO easy to assemble and they provided the needed tools. THANK YOU. I love this desk and and VERY happy with my purchase.

This desk gave me back my dining room table! It’s the perfect size to tuck into corner of room yet big enough to hold 1 large monitor, laptop & reg size keyboard (as u can see in pic). It was super easy to assemble by myself in less than an hour.. After having had desks in the past & giving them away I swore I would never buy one again but after working from for 4 months it got old eating dinner at the coffee table & I had to break & get something. What I really like is this doesn’t look like your typical desk & can act as an extra food table at Christmas! Well worth the money. It’s very nice looking too - doesn’t look or feel cheap in the least.

The laminate came chipped off a corner. It was well packed so I don’t blame shipping. Quality control needs to be better. Unfortunately I didn’t notice until after I assembled it. Now it’s too much trouble to disassemble and return. Check carefully before you assemble. Otherwise the desk looks great. Too bad I have to push it up against a wall. I’m using it as a tv stand now instead of a desk due to the defect.

Very happy with the quality and look of it. Very impressed with the packaging as well. I would give it a perfect rating HOWEVER when I was assembling it I had the top upside down on the carpet and was mounting the base to it. Once I finished and was sure to not overtighten the screws....I flipped it over in its feet and saw that there was a small chunk that came out of the wood part on top of the desk. It appeared that this specific screw was a tiny bit longer than the other 3 screw to mount to the wood. I'm very disappointed that it happened. I super glued the wood the best I could back over the screw. It's noticable but unfortunately what can you do?

I own an RE firm and I do some light staging on some of my listings, so I buy and put together a lot of furniture.This is one exceptionally made item in any price point, but I have to say that for this price range, I have not seen any piece that would rival this one when it comes to, 1) packaging and shipping, 2) manufacturing quality, 3) assembly (every screw goes in perfectly without any challenge, materials are strong, putting it together is a breeze).I just wish I would have bought this before, I would have more of them.

I had been searching for a small desk that would fit in my room. I am working from home and need somewhere for my night school classes. I put this together in under 10 minutes and it’s beautiful. It has bars to support the wood so I know it won’t warp. Such a good value and sturdy desk. I highly suggest buying this one over the other ones that are a little less expensive. Worth every penny.

This is my 5th purchase of a Vasagle product, never been disappointed by this brand.Super easy to put together and move around the house, and always comes with spare parts (bless these folks),honestly I wish I could tell you not to buy it so your place doesn't look as good as mine but share the furniture love, buy it <3

If you're looking for a proper work desk. This is not the one.

This desk is pretty nice for the money. It’s solid enough but don’t expect too much. It does wobble a little. Definitely don’t stand on it.. lol..BUT....Myn has some surface defects on the top. Scratches and marks. Kinda disappointed. I’m using a desk mat so it covers them but still. Be aware yours might not have a perfect new finish.

I am obsessed with my desk, like a lot of people who re did the home office this year, this was my starting point. I couldn't be happier with it, it's beautiful in person, very sturdy and just enough space for my laptop, mouse pad, notebook.. without being bulky.
