Braun Bn0231 Female Round Analogwatch

If you like Braun's minimalist aesthetic, this is certainly one to have. Dieter Ram, chief designer of Braun, must have been very pleased to have finally eliminated the brackets holding the strap; it just vanishes under the case. Very, very beautiful. The diameter, 38 mm is, for me, the perfect size for a watch. And the dial design, markings and numbers, are very subtle and still quite legible. Thanks, Dieter.

What a bummer it has been to receive this watch that I found very well designed, only to discover that it doesn’t actually keep time. It went from stopping once a week to multiple times each day. I have never in 40 years of owning and collecting watches possessed one that stopped working over and over again.Amazon has informed me that my return or exchange window has closed, so I guess I’m just going to have to absorb the expense of a defective product.

Design is classic minimalist, very nice.That's unfortunately the only positive aspect here. As a timepiece, it is very poorly made. The movement seems to move inside the case when you set the time, and the second hand jumps all over the place when stopping and restarting the movement via the crown. The second hand is also markedly affected by gravity. Tilting the watch back and forth can make the second hand jump forward and backwards by 1-2 seconds. And of course, the second hand doesn't hit the markers properly.The leather strap is functional but feels rather flimsy and plastic-like.I bought this watch on the manufacturers website in October 2021 for $50 but even at a discounted price this watch is simply a disappointment. Charging >$100 for this watch seems completely unjustified.

Los materiales son excelentes

Cette montre au design minimaliste est d'une facture relativement moyenne. La solidité de celle ci ne sera pas à toute épreuve mais le rapport qualité prix est excellent.Elle est relativement simple, légère et agréable à porter.

Montre bien reçueAprès une visite chez le bijoutier du coin, il m’a confirmé que la pile était ”nase” donc il m’a fallu acheter une vraie pile...et la montre a pu fonctionner ! ! !Mais ne fonctionne pas

Den einen Stern gibt es für das Design des Zifferblattes - ein Klassiker eben. Für mehr reicht es leider nicht. Das Armband wirkt billig, die kleine Braun wiegt so gut wie nichts. Die Uhr lief bei Lieferung bereits nicht mehr. Hat vermutlich solange im Regal gelegen, dass die Batterie leergelaufen war, womit wir bei der Verpackung wären: Bei gezogener Krone steht die Uhr, verbraucht also keinen Strom. Leider ist sie in einem derart engen Weichschaumbett geliefert, in welches sie nur bei eingedrückter Krone passt, also vom Werk bis zum Kunden bereits in Betrieb ist. Das Weichschaumbett mit der Uhr (schwarz) steckt ohne Deckel (ein dünner Klarsichtdeckel wäre schön gewesen) in einem Umkarton. Schiebt man alles aus dem Karton fällt die Uhr ungesichert heraus - bei mir nur auf den Tisch, über einem Fliesenboden wäre das schon der Tod des kleinen Zeitmessers gewesen. Fazit: Bin zum Uhrmacher zum Batteriewechsel, da das immer noch einfacher als eine Umtauschaktion war. Ich habe selbst eine Braun Herrenuhr von der ich begeistert bin, aber bei diesem Damenmodell rate ich: "Finger weg!"
