The Canvas Select Plus is designed for the mainstream users who need a memory card for their modern smartphone that shoots up to 1080p video, game console, car’s dash camera, action camera, and more. This is cheapest 128GB memory card out there, I purchased it at ₹ 1,180/-This memory card is Class 10 UHS-I and A1 Application speed rated. The company claims 100MB/s read speed and 85 MB/s write speed. After running the Cross Platform Disk Test, I got 42.47 MB/s read speed and 25.77 MB/s write speed. Although speed is not close to what the company is clamming, it works perfectly to run apps smoothly and record Full HD footages onto the memory card without any issue. (For 4K recording prefer 256 GB/ 512 GB variant.)From a perspective of performance and value, the Kingston Canvas Select Plus delivered a high-performance at a great value. And considering Lifetime warranty this is a good entry-level memory card.

When you insert the Micro SD Card, don't format the card by (Card reader) using Windows 7/10 file system (NTFS or FAT32). Instead insert the card directly to your Mobile or Camera. Format with device. After that restart the mobile or camera. After that, the device will work the way it should properly work. Good product. Kindly do not buy this product or for that matter anything from Kingston.The product failed within 15 days of purchase.The service from the company is very poor. They will reject warranty citing physical damage without providing any convincing explanation.When I claimed the warranty, the company took umbrage under 'physical damage'. Company does not bother to even explain as to why it is not a manufacturing defect. It is very convenient for them to state physical damage without providing any explanations. Even assuming that there is physical damage, it just goes on to prove that the build quality is very poor. I have used products from another company & inspite of inserting & ejecting the card multiple times for the past few years, it has never failed.Further, it appears that this was manufactured about 2-3 years ago.
