The BEST bread pan EVER!!!
I've been making gluten free bread for several years. I've tried non stick pans (they lie), glass pans, special aluminum coated non stick wavy sided pans, and other red silicone pans. They are all garbage. This pan, is the BEST pan! Bread comes out clean, pops out like butter, and you don't have to grease the pan. In fact, don't grease it, it'll make it harder to get out. I made that mistake with my first silicone muffin pans... This particular silicone pan has a nice stiff edge which helps the loaf retain it's shape while rising, and the silicone is nice and thick which helps it not to collapse. The silicone appears to be GENUINE. Meaning it passes the pinch and twist test to check for fillers in the silicone, whereas my red pans did not pass this test. (It will turn white if fillers were used). I don't know if getting the bread not to stick to the pan is as hard with gluten bread as it is for gluten free bread, but I would consider this pan a necessity for anyone planning to bake bread on a regular basis. It's that amazing, and totally worth the price. High quality! Oh for you other glutards, my favorite flour blend is equal parts tapioca, millet, and brown rice, with of course 1 tap xanthan gum per cup of flour. Works great as an all purpose flour! For slightly heartier more wheat like consistency, substitute about 1/4-1/2 cup millet flour for slightly less buckwheat flour (it tends to absorb more moisture). This is my go to flour for all my baked goods so I can avoid things like potato starch and corn starch. Happy baking!!!

Attractive, Quality, Possibly not as safe
The Overview: I was initially thrilled with the Trudeau Structure Loaf Pan Silicone Bakeware, especially in the appealing White Confetti design. The silicone quality seemed top-notch, and the handles were both sturdy and aesthetically pleasing. But due to concerns with phthalates had to return it. The Good: Design and Quality: The silicone used felt of high quality, and the pan's design was eye-catching. The handles added a practical touch, making it easy to move in and out of the oven. Aesthetics: It truly looks good on the counter, making it not just a baking tool but a piece of decor. The Not-So-Good: Chemical Safety: Here's where my excitement had to get a reality check. Although I assumed that it is free from certain chemicals, I decided to confirm its safety. I was particularly concerned about phthalates, which are not covered by FDA compliance that only ensures the absence of BPA. Lack of Clarity: Upon emailing Trudeau to inquire if their silicone was LFGB compliant, which signifies "platinum grade" silicone free of additives, I received a vague response stating it's "100% silicone." This didn't clarify whether it was free from phthalates or other chemical additives that could be used in the process and leave a residue. Here was their reply: "Please note that our silicone product are made of 100% silicone." Pinch Test for Additives: I tried to do the pinch test to see if material whitens as stretched to confirm if it has additives but since I got the white pan it was not possible to determine. I might get a dark color pan to make the final evaluation to see if it passes this test. If it does I would love to use these pans! Overall: Despite the appealing design and high-quality feel of the silicone, the lack of clear information about the chemical composition led me to return the product. I might get a darker model to do pinch test as I really like this pan. Pros: High-quality silicone feel Sturdy, attractive handles Visually pleasing Cons: No clear confirmation on being phthalate-free Vague response from manufacturer regarding chemical safety LFGB certification not confirmed Conclusion: While the Trudeau Structure Loaf Pan is a beautiful piece of bakeware, the uncertainty about its chemical safety was a deal-breaker for me. If Trudeau could provide clearer details on their silicone's purity (absence of phthalates) or confirm LFGB compliance, this could be a fantastic product. However, as it stands right now, I couldn't justify keeping it for health reasons, especially when baking for my family.

Good nonstick ability.
I ordered two and somehow got two different ones by the same manufacturer. That's fine. They both work great, no sticking. They stack up in each other so no space wasted. The sturdy sides don't fold up like other silicone pans I have had. Good product.

Easy to clean
This cute pan is well-constructed and easy to clean. I love the metal reinforcements on the top, so when you take it out of the oven, it doesn't flop around like other silicone baking pans. It's a little smaller than my one without the metal reinforcements but it's a normal loaf size. It's also pretty and would make a nice gift.

The Best I have Tried
These are by far the best I have used. The loafs just slide out without any sticking.

The best bread pans I have ever had
I have been baking bread since I was a preteen when I was helping my Mom in the kitchen. I have used a wide variety of bread pans... and I have eating a wide variety of ways - from Keto, to SAD, to WFPBno. Since I have gone plant based, finding a pan that will not stick to the breads I bake has been a challenge... and I am tired of the parchment paper saga - even with the "crumple it first" hack. Crumpling it never stopped the paper from folding inward into a batter - creating a mess - when pouring in a quick bread into the parchment lined load pan. And even before that - when I baked with oil etc ... the loaf would have it's issues. SO, ... I bought 2 of these "Trudeau Structure Loaf" Pans and I have loved them ever since. No sticking, no stability issues... it is a learning curve with baking time, but that is something I can easily learn and adjust as I go. I LOVE these pans and am thrilled to be done with parchment paper!!!!

Happy with my purchase
I was originally planning on buying a similar Trudeau products from Sur La Table, but it was like $7 more expensive. It works perfectly and cake comes off super easily! Easy to clean and i am happy I ended up buying this here. I wish they had more color variations, though.
