The media could not be loaded.  Perfect for the job! These were good value forMoney. Sturdy for the job-an up over kitchen cabinet door above new built in microwave. Easy to install but did take two of us, one to hold the door. We used a pencil to Mark the holes on the unit. Line this to the very edge of the unit and fix in place. We used a drill then screwed in. Hold the cupboard door over the hinge so that it is flush 180o with the unit( see photo) Mark your 4 holes. Drill them with door off and finally, get someone to hold the door flush with the cabinet while you screw the door on. The door closes perfectly where we had a couple mm’s with the inset hinges at full adjustment-job done. These are not strong enough to hold the door up you would need a side arm mechanism to do this. Also it is possible to open and close these hinges with your hands.Finally before attaching make sure you have the hinge the right way round, you can work this out from the product pics & my pics. These were easy to use and a great solution.

Needed these to replace a hinge on a kichen cupboard that had pulled loose from the woodwork. These are ideal as they are surface mounted and do not require skilled joinery abilities to fit. Some careful thought and measurements, marked and drilled pilot holes and screwed in place. A little awkward doing it on my own, and extra pair of hands to hold the door while I was doing this would have been useful, but I managed and the door now fits perfectly.

After about an hour trying to open the hinges. I read through the questions to find out that you have to attach the hinges to get them to open. I attached two bits of wood and low and behold, it opened!. not fitted them yet but they seem very sturdy and good value for money

Works nicely as a hinge but definitely not soft close, in fact just the opposite - quite abrupt.As it wasn't closing softly I naturally had a look at the 'hydraulic' capsule and found it just contained a heavy spring, no liquids to be seen anywhere.At least I didn't waste too much money on them and they are good hinges - just not as described.

These hinges are NOT soft close. In fact they are the exact opposite of soft close, the spring makes the door slam shut.

I bought these to replace old ones on my kitchen cupboards and they are really strong and sturdy. I would recommend these.

Good quality, i didn't used, but have to learn to put them for another doors, don't come with instructions, difficult to put them when you don't have any clue. You need todrill in thr doors sfther work

The hinges work good with a strong snap, but they are not hydraulic. They work with a spring inside the "hydraulic container"
