I'm not sure of the long term effect on this drink because I just started to take it but the taste is really good that not too sweet or too tart. I'm planning to buy more later and see if makes me feel better overall.

Bought two of these 3 pack boxes. Taste good and fresh. I've been mostly drinking a pouch daily at room temp, but it tastes really good when chilled too.
