My husband is always leaving his tools at work so I decided I needed a set designated for home repairs.Price being the deciding factor I chose this set.Totally surpassed my expectations.The drill is a great size. It has good enough power for basic homeowner repairs.Being a female I find it comfortable to use and easy to maneuver because it's lightweight compared to my husbands Milwaukee. The battery has great life to it as well. We have used it for several small home projects over the past couple of months and I have only had to charge twice.All of the tools included are designed to last and holding up well to normal useI have installed a new storm door, did some custom shelving in the closets, repaired a faucet and hung some pictures up and needed nothing more than what is included in This set.The Storage box is solid and strong, opens and closes easily and perfect for keeping everything organized and easily accessible.I would give this purchase 10 stars if I could.Beyond impressed, highly recommended!

When I bought this, I was hoping for a complete tool set, since I’m a single woman and not exactly tool-savvy. I thought this would have everything I needed. But guess what? This product is actually a puzzle with tools! My friend and I had a blast trying to figure out where to put each tool after we took them out. It was like a never-ending game of Tetris! And the worst part? When you close the tool box, all the tools fall out of place, so you have to start all over again. This is the perfect way to drive your dad crazy! I could only recommend it to someone who needs to be occupied with a task when they come over, because you’re tired of entertaining them!

I bought this kit to use on minor repairs around the house. I was searching for a simple and reliable tool kit that had tools I found myself wishing I had on prior projects (voltage meter, socket wrench set, hammer, pliers). I am by no means a handyman but was impressed.Pros:- This kit is well stocked for the price. I initially did not plan on purchasing a kit with a drill but have found it more helpful than anticipated.- The tools seem quite sturdy and I expect (and hope) they will last for a while (keeping in mind I will use them infrequently)- Price- Price- PriceCons/disappointments/areas for improvement:- The tools were dirty and almost seemed used when I opened the box, I wiped them with a damp paper towel and they cleaned easily.- Most of the tools are imperfect and have minor defects that ultimately do not affect function.- The tape measure is flimsy with a plastic outer case that seems easily breakable. I replaced it with one I already had that fits perfectly in its place. (I've already lost the original which is why it isn't pictured!)- The case holds all of the tools well but also has several defects which requires forcing several tools to stay in place and some that slide out of place.If you plan on using this frequently or for large scale projects, I would consider another option. For the price, and my intended use, the cons are not a deterrent at all. I'm quite pleased with my purchase.

I purchased this tool set when I moved into my new apartment.I like the utility and selection of tools--the basics for a new place--including a hammer, a power drill with extra battery, drill bits, a level, screwdrivers, a measuring tape and more.My concern is that the tools are made of very cheap materials--and they are not really adequate for jobs that require torque or pressure. The hammer is made of a very light alloyed metal that feels unsafe for anything more than small tacks or drywall nails. The drill is sufficient for small tasks around the house but has a weak battery that does not lend itself to heavy-duty projects. The measuring tape is small and thin, and generally is lacking merit (I wasn't able to measure anything larger than five feet in length before it fell under its own weight). The screwdrivers are OK and the level, well, it's small but sufficient to make sure everything is straight and even. Overall, I am disappointed in the craftsmanship of the toolkit but also feel like I got what I paid for. Next time I will make sure to purchase warrantied, well-known hardware branded tools. Some things should not be bought on the cheap--especially when you can hurt yourself!

I'm not expecting tools that a professional builder would use at this price. I gave a set to each of my kids moving to their apartments. I have used a similar set for decades for minor repairs, and having all of the basics in one spot is invaluable. Additionally, I made sure that the kit had an electric driver.I just put together some IKEA furniture for my daughter using a regular screwdriver, and my friend helped. He brought along an electric driver. Seeing how quickly he worked compared to me made me realize that a battery-operated driver was a must. Great for the price.
