Exceptional value for mobile phone service
Excellent value, having the ability to buy minutes/data "in bulk". Technical support was very professional and responsive - both via email and phone support. I "BYOD" and initially had issues setting up an unlocked iPhone 7. Turns out the issue was on my end - even though I had followed the directions to set the APN, I neglected to fully set-up my AppleID and account info. Once I did that, the phone worked fine.

Nothing Not To Like: 500 minutes per month for 12 months
SpeedTalk is inexpensive and a solid choice for those that do not want to be saddled with expensive monthly charges but need to have reliable cell phone service.This is the second cell phone to which we have added the SpeedTalk one year plan. This cell phone "pay as you go" plan offers 500 talk minutes per month (8.33 hours) every month for twelve (12) months. The plan also includes 500 SMS? minutes and 500 data minutes as well, but we only use the talk minutes with our phones so we cannot address how the messaging and data functions work or how well they operate but they should be as good as the talk function since it is the same wireless network.When we finally decided that we didn't need to spend a fortune every month on cell phones we then switched to "pay as you go" plans, and we started with a plan that offered a thousand minutes a year from one of the major cell phone companies for a hundred dollars a year. A thousand minutes a year is 83 minutes a month or 1.38 hours a month of cell phone service. We only used our cell phones for important quick calls but we wound up always having to add to the thousand minutes per year.With this SpeedTalk plan we have 500 minutes every month (8.33 hours per month) to use for the same cost. Five hundred minutes a month is six thousand minutes (6,000) a year for the same price that we were paying to one of the major cell phone companies for a thousand minutes.There are no roll-over minutes with this plan so every month you get a new 500 minutes of talk, sms?, and data. The cellular provider "SpeedTalk" system works fine and it is easy to the access details about your cellular phone use directly on the "speedtalk" website. There really ain't nothin' not to like; it's inexpensive (works out to $8.25 per month or .27 cents a day), and it works.
